Finally called CS after waiting too long for @TMobileHelp to get their collective s*** together. Rep was really nice, and for what it's worth, she said this:

- Phones will likely not arrive tomorrow, will arrive next week for most people (even if you got the text saying 9/19)
- Shipping is not being waived for anyone
- Didn't really seem to address JUMP! prioritization

Sigh. I have a feeling I'm being played like a fiddle, but misery loves company.

My card has been charged, but it's $32.28 less than total, whatever that means?

Also, I read many pages back that someone was able to create an account on TMobile using a temporary phone number and get more status info, but never saw how to get this number?

I also have had nearly this exact same experience thus far. I ordered 4 iphone 6 16 GB's but have heard NOTHING since. Really not sure what the heck is going on.
 
So I just spoke with two exec people and they both told me "all pre orders will be processed today" they have enough shipment for the orders, it's the fact that the system and ups are not up to date/ can't keep up with all the orders and processing.

Even if they were just saying that, I give up on trying to figure it out.

Ordered once the Apple.com store came online for me. I am in Texas, VPNed into California servers. Chrome wasn't working, Chrome Incognito wasn't working, Firefox wasn't working, only Firefox private session worked for me.

Order 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray. Not on Jump, paid full price.

It left Kentucky and according to Flight Aware it should be in my home city in less than an hour! :D

I was told this too, but yesterday.
 
Still no UPS info

got the friday text and email
been charged
got the text today about device shipping overnight

I'm in the same boat. Ordered 6+ 128gb space grey. Next day shipping. Got all the emails and texts for tomorrow. No charge yet. No update on backorder/preorder status. No tracking info. Annoying!

Getting really worried now. No texts, no mails, no ups. Do have a full charge on my card though.....

Robot lady says back ordered, still jot able to use order status site at tmobile.

WTF.....
 
no new updates, got text/email to get iphone between 09/22 and 09/30. anyone else in the same situation??

I wouldn't count anything out yet. I don't think we're going to get any tracking information, just will see if the phones show up tomorrow.

Still have until 5EST? Also, I wouldn't be surprised if the notification came late after the order was sent out. Their system hasn't shown to be very reliable this past week...

I haven't gotten ish yet. I'm freaking losing my mind over here. It's crazy how a phone can make you act a certain way. I'm trying to keep my composure but idk how much longer I can take it before i BUSSSTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!
