This is bs... I got charged yesterday and if ordered last Friday at 5:10 am and here we have people that ordered hours after me and with some a day after me and getting shipping info.

Really tmobile?.. How does this make sense?..

I tried checking ups my can't find anything for me... Hoping my 6+'s will ship today for delivery tomorrow....
 
So after a few hours, The Director of Executive Response at T-Mobile replied to my email with this:

"I just received notification from my Order Management team confirming that your order is being fulfilled and shipped out today. You will receive notification with shipping information shortly.

I apologize for the delay – was just waiting on the green light from them.

Thank you so much for your patience!"

I pre-ordered on 9/12 at 4:51am PST

- iPhone 6 + (16GB -Silver)
- Non-JUMP! order
- EIP signed and confirmation e-mail at 5:02am PST
- Paid $24.99 for UPS Overnight shipping
- Received a text and email last night stating 9/22-9/30
- Status changed from "Order Placed" to "Pre-Order" this morning.

I never received a text for delivery tomorrow, but my CC was just charged about an hour ago.

Could you please send me his email as well please? My order has been locked up for days and I can't tell what's going on..

To go through the proper channels you need to email John Legere. I promise he will see the email.. I email John yesterday early afternoon and was in contact with someone from Executive Dept by dinner time last night.
 
Lol, I know T-Mobile messed up really bad, because the T-Mobile pre order thread has the highest amount of comments. Yet, T-mobile is the smallest out of the four carriers. We have even out commented the UK pre-order thread lol.
 
I'm a new customer too. Got a 16gb and 64gb iPhone 6 in the same order.

No text/email/order placed on website/backordered message from the robot. Nada from T-Mobile.

But I received my tracking number through UPS My Choice. Delivers tomorrow.

Waiting for the departure scan reminds me of when a roller coaster first makes it's climb and just sits at the top for a couple seconds while everyone is waiting for it to start it's descend...

Next Day Air SAVER. This confirms that there will be no Saturday deliveries. Congrats btw.

Don't congrats me just yet, lol. This is a phone on an order that was apparently "Cancelled" in their system (I'm working with Executive Management right now to get everything straightened up) so we'll see what happens. EM told me to accept the package and see what phone it is.. If it's the right phone for the right line they will fix my account to reflect it and I'm good to go...

My second line on the other hand.. A complete mess which I'm waiting (patiently) for.

Once again, if your card has been charged between 9/16 and today you are in VERY good shape to receive your device tomorrow. Many of you will have a phone IN HAND before you ever see a tracking number. Again this is due to the sheer amount of orders that are being processed at one time.

Don't expect a actual reply from him.. He will forward the email onto someone on his Executive Team where they will take care of you (hopefully). Also, you won't get a reply immediately.. It took six hours for them to get back to me.. So be patient.. You aren't the only person having ordering issues this week.

Also, you may not get the exact answer you are expecting, but they are truly trying REALLY hard to make things right for everyone. So again, just stay calm and be patient.

If the phones are shipping next day air from Louisville, it looks like they have until 9PM to get everything squared away.
