I got the text for friday yesterday and the one today about overnighting; but never got an email to the same effect. Weird.

Ordered around 4:50 PDT on 9/12 a 6 64 GB Gold over the phone
 
no new updates, got text/email to get iphone between 09/22 and 09/30. anyone else in the same situation??

Im basically in the same boat. I ordered a space gray 6+ 16gb via phone on 9.12, eip signed at 6:36am EST. I got the text that said more info in 1 to 2 days.

For reals though I had a 6+ 16gb ordered but 1. The order got "Cancelled" automatically and 2. The system on their end has a completely different phone on order anyway.

But things are getting fixed for me.. So I'm in "laugh at all the people freaking out" mode right now. lol.
 
Still haven't received any charges or authorizations despite getting a text and email stating delivery between 9/22-9/30, but that's to be expected. I ordered on 9/14 using Jump! Online.

I will say that those that got the Friday text shouldn't freak out so much. This is a HUGE launch and things take time considering all of the transactions they have to go through, and banks can only handle so much of a demand. As long as you have the funds available, I'm sure you will get your device when the text and email say so.

I have 2 phones and got the text/email/charge. Not sure if I'm exactly a "new" customer though. I ported a day before then preordered in store. New = no number?
 
So after a few hours, The Director of Executive Response at T-Mobile replied to my email with this:

"I just received notification from my Order Management team confirming that your order is being fulfilled and shipped out today. You will receive notification with shipping information shortly.

I apologize for the delay – was just waiting on the green light from them.

Thank you so much for your patience!"

- EIP signed and confirmation e-mail at 5:02am PST
- Paid $24.99 for UPS Overnight shipping
- Received a text and email last night stating 9/22-9/30
- Status changed from "Order Placed" to "Pre-Order" this morning.

I never received a text for delivery tomorrow, but my CC was just charged about an hour ago.
 
The thing that is pissing me off is...if I'm not getting my phone now, then why does t-mobile have over $700 dollars authorized on my card for a $400 hundred dollar order?

Interesting... Ordered two (2) iPhone 6 4.7 Space Gray 64gb. Same boat as you. Not a peep from anyone at all.

Maybe they are shipping the single phone orders out first to get them in more people's hands?

New customer here with a 64GB 6+ Space Gray and 64GB 6 Silver. Paid with EIP and subscribed to JUMP on the two new lines.

Ordered 9/13 around 5PM PDT. Originally had a hold on my account for the full amount which dropped off and now have two separate charges pending that add up to about $21 less than the total amount on the order. No updates at all via t-mobile through email or text.

Online site just says "Order Placed" and Robo-lady says "Backordered'.

Not sure why I'm being charged now if my phone isn't being processed yet.

I got the space gray though. Ordered around 9/12 @ got EIP at 3:30 PM PST and signed immediately.

Originally I wasn't supposed to get mine till 9/25, but I started getting the launch day texts.

I was charged last night and got the overnight text today.
 
I haven't received any communication from Tmobile since the 1-2d text/email, but my order status has (at least for now) stopping flipping between backorder and pre-order - hoping that means something, anything...

And a discrepancy like that is why Credit Card companies reject our phone orders and they get cancelled. The charges look like fraud. I got double charged once and it went over my limit so the phone got cancelled. It is a mess.

I'm a new customer too. Got a 16gb and 64gb iPhone 6 in the same order.

No text/email/order placed on website/backordered message from the robot. Nada from T-Mobile.

But I received my tracking number through UPS My Choice. Delivers tomorrow.
