The thing that is pissing me off is...if I'm not getting my phone now, then why does t-mobile have over $700 dollars authorized on my card for a $400 hundred dollar order?
I remember reading yesterday a lot of people have scheduled deliveries for today did anybody get the phones today?
And a discrepancy like that is why Credit Card companies reject our phone orders and they get cancelled. The charges look like fraud. I got double charged once and it went over my limit so the phone got cancelled. So after a few hours, The Director of Executive Response at T-Mobile replied to my email with this:
"I just received notification from my Order Management team confirming that your order is being fulfilled and shipped out today. You will receive notification with shipping information shortly.
I apologize for the delay was just waiting on the green light from them.
Thank you so much for your patience!"

- Received a text and email last night stating 9/22-9/30
- Status changed from "Order Placed" to "Pre-Order" this morning.
