Did anyone getting 6+ get a text/email suggesting their phone would arrive Friday?

I have gotten all the above ordered Saturday about 6:30am 128GB Space Grey 6+. I have a tracking number but it hasn't moved. Got an txt that said it would be overnighted and I would have it tomorrow. Unlike all those who have called TMO 16 times and complained to everyone who had to listen, I haven't done anything but waited it out.
 
You can certainly call. It really just depends on who picks up the phone unfortunately. Many people are sticking the the cookie cutter response they are given by management, others are more motivated individuals who will dig deeper for you.

A few questions for you:

1) what about those of us who ordered w/ EIP plan and opted to have the amount due applied to the next bill - how do we know if we are in good shape since we won't get "charged"?

2) does being a business customer play a role in deliver date? I was not able to order the upgrade online and had to do it through customer care. order was placed at 3am central on the 12th. no emails, no texts, updates online via t-mobile or ups.

Thought Id join the madness...

I used Jump! to preorder a 16GB 6+ Silver on Friday 9/12 at 5PM CST. I have not received anything other than the text indicating delivery 9/22-9/30 (Hope its before I leave the country for 2 weeks on 9/28) - also have not been charged yet.

I wouldve ordered earlier, but it was kind of a impulse decision to give iOS a chance, as my gf's iPad Air has really grown on me, and Im tired of Android and ready to try something new.

I added my gf to my account on Sunday 9/14 to save her about half of what shes paying on her own ATT account, and ordered her a Silver 16GB 6 (not a 6+), and hers was charged yesterday, with shipping confirmation showing today it is in transit from Louisville to OKC with delivery tomm by 3PM (She was upgraded to Next day for free)

Ill post any updates when I get them.

All the whining and complaining and finger-pointing and here we are with an actual T-mobile employee, perhaps officially or unofficially, posting to the forum to re-assure everyone. And all this during one of the most busy and stressful time.

If this isn't commitment to customer base, I don't know what is... Thank you for your support, T-mobile. I'm glad I switched carriers.
 
I actually got a call back about my old cancelled order.

They took my order, comped the down payment and overnight shipping, and put a new order in.

Then the new order came in with a delivery date of tomorrow.

Madness.

I believe they work for T-Mobile just as much as I believe a guy who posts that their friend works for some store and says they heard some absurd shipment rumor.

Back when I used to port numbers it would usually take at most an hour or two. I once had a number port perfectly after 3 minutes.

Should be quick assuming you have account number and pin. I have switched from both AT&T and Verizon in the past and it is usually within 30 minutes to 2 hours.

I'm a new customer too. Got a 16gb and 64gb iPhone 6 in the same order.

No text/email/order placed on website/backordered message from the robot. Nada from T-Mobile.

But I received my tracking number through UPS My Choice. Delivers tomorrow.

Well that gives me a little hope of getting my order tomorrow. I haven't received any notifications at all (including UPS MyChoice) but if yours is coming they may still get mine out by tonight. . .

Just got charged for my second phone (6+). Was charged yesterday for my wife's gold 16gb 6. Crossing my fingers for a Friday delivery.
