I ordered this model at 3:30am on Friday and I got a text that I'm getting it next week. I've called several times and was told that there's nothing they can do. I emailed John Legere last night and have received no response. I tweeted John as well as t-mobile help and so far have only received a generic tweet that shipping notices would be going out soon.

What do I do at this point. People who ordered hours or even days after me are getting their iPhones tomorrow.

Thx

I haven't seen anyone with this device that's getting the phone Friday.

I would think If the texts had been qued up since our orders, and they got sent out, t mobile would have issued a statement or another text clarifying.

^^^^ THIS ^^^^

At this point they've promised it to all of us. If they can't deliver it, they should definitely let us know. People are planning their days around this - I wonder if the sheer impact in productivity will be easily measured in the global economy?

Either I get it or I don't. I'm not worried about it at this point. I've already made plans to work from home - so luckily I'll still be able to be productive. I am curious, though, how this will all be handled if everyone doesn't get their phone tomorrow.

Well a rep from sales told me that they're not shipping until tomorrow, so the earliest they can be received is Monday. She also said that there's no way you guys are getting info from UPS about receiving the phones on Friday because according to her they don't even have the phones yet. The level of clueless is astounding.
This I for sure know is wrong because every exec person i spoke with said they're trying to get everyone's phone to them by Friday and at the latest Saturday. Both of them told me that the 22-30th date was the worst case scenario and if I don't see a phone by tomorrow evening I need to call them back.

So I got a call and email today stating my order was canceled and they think it was a glitch in their system. I am a new customer coming from Verizon and I feel like an idiot at this point trying so hard to give this company my business. Has this happened to anyone else and what options do I have to try and get a phone before the end of October. The lady on the phone said I would have to make a new order from scratch from credit app and plan and everything and then be at the back of the line. I woke up at 2:30am EDT on the 12th to pre order this phone and waited 4 hours for them to open up the orders. I tweeted John Legere and Tmobile Help and no response. Has anyone else had to go through this and been able to get their order reinstated or a rush put on a phone for them? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, same thing, and same lack of solutions from CSRs, Twitter Help & even email to Legere...

I just got a pending charge from Tmobile on my Amex for $239.54 no JUMP here and ordered last Fri at 3pm! So does that mean my both my iPhones 6+ 16gb/64gb gold will arrive soon? I have not received any text or email about the delivery date tho.

That's my theory. It's also potentially confirmed by "maybe" a T-Mo employee a couple of posts back? We'll see!

bahahahaha. Im a manager at sears, and i have a older guy who works for me part time. his full time gig is ups. He knows not a darn thing about tech. Comes in today and tells me there were 8 cops in his warehouse today to watch over the handling of the iphones. Said employees werent allowed to bring ipods or have their phones on their person all day.

Same here with my order and Amex.

Don't congrats me just yet, lol. This is a phone on an order that was apparently "Cancelled" in their system (I'm working with Executive Management right now to get everything straightened up) so we'll see what happens. EM told me to accept the package and see what phone it is.. If it's the right phone for the right line they will fix my account to reflect it and I'm good to go...

My second line on the other hand.. A complete mess which I'm waiting (patiently) for.

Hopefully they don't ship an empty box...

Oops sorry I didn't see that post since this thread is going so fast that I can't keep up lol. Wat that employee says?

Basically, that they have so many orders, people might not be given any tracking info before they get their phones. He said, you are in good shape if you've been charged from 9/16 to current for your phones (by charged, I mean pre-authorized).

Again, I don't think T-Mo wants to ship phones without making sure money's available (since I'm sure a good portion of people put this on their debit cards). At least, that's what I would do as a sane person running a business for pre-ordered products.
