On a side note. When I tweeted Tmobile Help to figure out why my order was randomly canceled, Verizon messaged me thinking I was trying to contact them. I felt like I got caught cheating on my wife lol. So I replied back that I was trying to reach T mobile and was leaving VW and now they are trying to work something out with me. Still haven't heard a single thing from T mobile yet. This feels like an act of God telling me to stay put.

Funny... ever since I've signed up to order the T-mobile phone and service, AT&T has been sending me random emails everyday. LOL

They know something's up...
 
If I don't get my phone Friday as promised, I'll seriously consider leaving t-mobile. I don't like conpanies that lie.

I pre-ordered my ip6+ 64GB on 9/12 @ 9am when the store opened due to the website being down all that night. I was never given the option for overnight and my order has been siting stalled with 9/22-9/30 shipping date.....Once i noticed the ground shipping problem my called C/S and the manager tried to make up for the problem by ordering me another phone which was suppose to be FREE nextday shipping which eneded up charging me 25$ anyhow....To me this is rather pathetic. I have pre-ordered all my other iPhones through AT&T in the past and never had these problems. I would pre-order and pick up my new device on release date on at the store. but NOOOO Tmobile wants to ship it to me and then NOT deliver it UNTIL release date so that i will receive it a week later.....I have loved my switch to TMOBILE up until this point, its rather pathetic
 
I think people underestimate the difference between the 6 and the 5s. The 5/5s was a 4" screen that was just elongated from 3.5". The change in width and height is going to make a bigger difference. When I had a 4.7" phone (moto x) the screen certainly felt significantly bigger than my 5s.

One of my sons is currently using a Nexus 4. We'd already figured that the iPhone 6 is about the same size as this phone. My 5s with an otterbox commuter is about the same size as the Nexus. Yes, the screen on the 6 would be bigger, but the phone itself really wouldn't be. This was a big factor in my selecting the 6+.
 
Well a rep from sales told me that they're not shipping until tomorrow, so the earliest they can be received is Monday. She also said that there's no way you guys are getting info from UPS about receiving the phones on Friday because according to her they don't even have the phones yet. The level of clueless is astounding.
 
FYI by my tracking of the UPS airplanes there should be a few arriving to anchorage within the next hour. Some of us might see some action.

Yeah it seems like 4-5/day around this time and then an hour or so later from there to I want to say kentucky.
 
By midnight CTS many iPhones should be at the UPS facility in KY. If they hurry up some of those might make it to us sometime Friday after noon.
 
Nobody was jumped on Friday. Jump Priority began Saturday.

I can tell you that the Space Gray 6+ 64GB was an extremely popular device, and 10:04AM PT is most likely too late to make the first shipment.

I ordered this model at 3:30am on Friday and I got a text that I'm getting it next week. I've called several times and was told that there's nothing they can do. I emailed John Legere last night and have received no response. I tweeted John as well as t-mobile help and so far have only received a generic tweet that shipping notices would be going out soon.

What do I do at this point. People who ordered hours or even days after me are getting their iPhones tomorrow.

Saw notice from UPS that package was due for delivery tomorrow. Got all excited. Saw the details: cat food from Amazon.

Try an iPhone 6+ Case from Amazon... my eyes lit up, then my head quickly dropped. Sigh.
 
I have a feeling that they are going to be working around the clock with UPS on the fulfillment. I wouldn't be surprised if the phone arrives tomorrow before any tracking or whatever. Seems like it might not catch up in time.
 
Tweeted everyone, emailed John, even called CS and was disconnected due to the wifi calling (causing me a near meltdown of rage) and I've gotten nowhere. No communication.. Nothing. For the money spent on all of this, I can't believe how poorly customers have been treated.
This is like any bad relationship.. No communication, being lied to, cheating on early orders with late orders.. It's just such a bad experience for me. I'm a relatively new customer and the lack of professionalism is making me think that whatever benefits to t-mobile I've enjoyed are not worth the frustrations I've had since joining. If I ever receive my order I'm definitely considering flipping the phone to switch somewhere else...
