This I for sure know is wrong because every exec person i spoke with said they're trying to get everyone's phone to them by Friday and at the latest Saturday. Both of them told me that the 22-30th date was the worst case scenario and if I don't see a phone by tomorrow evening I need to call them back.


I'm shocked by how little they know, it is amazing.
 
I just got a pending charge from Tmobile on my Amex for $239.54 no JUMP here and ordered last Fri at 3pm! So does that mean my both my iPhones 6+ 16gb/64gb gold will arrive soon? I have not received any text or email about the delivery date tho. :mad:
I ordered the same phones but both in silver and got charged same thing yesterday. I ordered last Friday at 5:10 am

I have still not received any tests or emails about shipping etc...

We're pretty similar on the order time, date, and device. I'll be sure to let you know tomorrow if I get mine. I have been charged (pre-authorized) yesterday for the devices.
 
Have been checking ups.com updates religiously. Night and day the organization and streamlined system they have over tmobile but hey... its logistics. My 6+ arrived in louisville, ky @ 9:27am, and has a departure scan time of 4:24pm. it also reads shipped by "next day air saver" even though i paid for basic ground delivery and was given an estimated date of 9/25.
 
A rep just told me my estimated delivery date is tomorrow even though I received the more info on my order 1-2 days email.
I haven't been charged yet.

Like others are saying I have a feeling people with get their phones before getting a tracking # or any notification. I requested a will call from UPS so I'll just take a ride their tomorrow.

you requested will call for a package that hasnt even been destination scanned?

and I assume you currently have a scheduled delivery of 9/18 like me as well, correct?

I am in a similar situation. However, I think the reason for that is my proximity to their Louisville warehouse (about 3 hours from my place). Since my order was upgraded to Next Day Air Saver, it probably won't be updated until tonight.

I actually chose ground shipping and got both texts and emails along with a card charge yesterday.

Have 2 pending charges on my CC.
1 is expected ( $266.45 - First installment, taxes, shipping, starter kit) dated 9/15/14. The other is unexpected and is for $243.34 dated 9/17/14...I only ordered 1 phone. Twitter account told me to DM them information..I did and heard NOTHING from them for 6 hours

Why does it take me sending a tweet saying I had heard nothing for 6 hours and that I am regretting my switch from AT&T for them to respond? Definitely not a good start to their CS.
 
I ordered this model at 3:30am on Friday and I got a text that I'm getting it next week. I've called several times and was told that there's nothing they can do. I emailed John Legere last night and have received no response. I tweeted John as well as t-mobile help and so far have only received a generic tweet that shipping notices would be going out soon.

What do I do at this point. People who ordered hours or even days after me are getting their iPhones tomorrow.

I'm in the same boat. I even got a message from a csr saying I was fine and in the first batch ... Yet no info other than 22-30. Sent messages as well with no response.

Like you said before jump priority and all this. Really been a mess. At least I can keep listening to robo lady's sweet voice.
