Yes I do.I received an email from UPS yesterday that I was getting the package today. It's been scanned for my address with tracking# but hasn't shown a pick up yet.
 
I really need a tracking #. I will be at work during delivery hours tomorrow with no one to sign for me. Prior preorder day, TMo store rep advised me to have it shipped to my house. Once I receive tracking #, call UPS & have it held at their customer center for pick up (which is less than 2 miles from my job). The frustration feels like it will never end!
 
So I got a text from T-Mobile saying we hope you are enjoying your new phone. Thanks for signing up for premium handset insurance.

Losing all hope that I will receive it tomorrow. No email/test. Just shows order placed, Robolady says backordered. The reps say it's in the 1st batch and shipping notifications will be sent until 8pm est if I don't get one by then then I won't get it Friday.
 
I already got charged for my order but just today, I saw that the money went back to my card. I'm not sure what happened and I don't think the T-Mobile website is really getting updates.
Yesterday, I receive a text (I know, just like everybody else) that my phone is expected to be delivered between 09/22 - 09/30. But what with the charge going back straight to my bank account, should I be worried? :confused:

Email mike sievert 1 hour go and just got a response from him, I asked him about my order cuz I got charged yesterday and nothing has happened since then, no texts or anything. Here's his response-

"Really sorry for our lack of communication. Art and team will look up your order right away and give you the latest status.

Are you certain you didn't happen to receive it early, forget you opened the box and just happen to be using it as we speak haha.
 
Same story as many of you... 2 different order status pages saying 2 different things, 3 different CSR's saying 3 different things, got email/text saying will receive Friday but no status change and no credit card charge or auth.

Here's the capper - 3rd CSR I spoke with said that NO iPhones ordered after Friday were EVER shared to ship before Oct 24th. LOL!

Has anyone else who ordered an Iphone 6+ 16gb grey on Friday around noon still not have their card charged? I'm on Bank of America, and I keep checking, but nothing. My parents - who did their order mere seconds before mine - had their card charged maybe an hour ago... but nothing on my end.

TMo, I don't like you.

How Realistic Are the Shipment Times?

Hey guys,

Preordered a 64 GB 6 Plus, and a 16GB 6 or my wife and I on this past Tuesday from T-Mobile. They gave me a estimated 1-8 weeks wait time for the Plus, and a 1-4 week wait on the regular 6. The rep I spomke with, however quated me a date of around October 24 for when I should expect our devices, though he did mention that it depends on how much stock rolls in over the next few days and that it could come sooner. My question for those with experience with preorders is just how accurate these claims tend to be? I'm coming over (again) from Android and the HTC One M7, which is on it's last leg. I was on the fence at first but I bit the bullet and went for the new iPhones.

I just requested a will call. No day in particular. Soon as I see it has arrived in the hub I will go pick it up (With in their business hours of course). UPS is only 5 minutes from me.

Second, according to what I'm thinking, it's not looking good for you? But you did get written notifications, so I'm pulling for you!

I was charged the Down Payment + Sim Fee + Phone's Tax.
I wasn't charged a second time.
The whole charge was refunded back to the card.

I'm currently on hold calling their Sales Dept.
Weird how the automated lady says that my order is "being processed" and expected delivery is September 19. Now I don't know what to believe anymore!

I wouldn't be worried, they have to ship it within a day or two of the charge so you'll be charged again when it gets closer to your ship date
