Bye for tonight. I can't deal with this. It will come tomorrow because that's what they promised, and if it doesn't, I don't know what to do
 
I already got charged for my order but just today, I saw that the money went back to my card. I'm not sure what happened and I don't think the T-Mobile website is really getting updates.
Yesterday, I receive a text (I know, just like everybody else) that my phone is expected to be delivered between 09/22 - 09/30. But what with the charge going back straight to my bank account, should I be worried? :confused:

If I were you I'd call just in case. Same thing happened to me. I was initially charged and had it pending on my account for the entire week. Got an email yesterday saying I'd receive my order between the 22nd and 30th. Then noticed the hold fell off and today found out my order was canceled by them having a glitch in their system. I would check if I were you just to be on the safe side.
 
I wouldn't be worried, they have to ship it within a day or two of the charge so you'll be charged again when it gets closer to your ship date

I know but Robo-Lady says my phone is expected to be delivered tomorrow 09/19. Now that's in contrary to the email and text message I received yesterday with delivery date of 09/22 - 09/30. I just want an exact status of my order right now. I read about someone's order getting cancelled for no reason. I don't want the same thing happening to me. :eek:

I spoke with a Level 3 CSR almost 45min ago who was nice enough to inform me that I'm looking at EIGHT ****ING WEEKS before I can expect to receive my phone. This is ****ing insane.
 
This morning and still said my order is backordered.

I did and she told me I was backordered.

Stunning development really....


TMo account has shown no changes after switching from Backordered to Pre-Order on the status page. Still haven't received an email or text.

Yes, this is exactly what I'm afraid of right now. I'm still on hold trying to reach their Sales Department.
 
I was charged the Down Payment + Sim Fee + Phone's Tax.
I wasn't charged a second time.
The whole charge was refunded back to the card.

I'm currently on hold calling their Sales Dept.
Weird how the automated lady says that my order is "being processed" and expected delivery is September 19. Now I don't know what to believe anymore!

Hmm...curious to see what they say.
Much like Utahman, I'm not too confident about a Friday delivery for you at this point as I'm sure T-Mobile would like to collect their money, but I hope you get it!
 
I don't get it. I order 9/12 around 12:00 AM PST. Still no email or text. :mad:

I never got a email with the tracking. I got charged on my card on Tuesday PM and last night at 10pm got a text and email saying i will get it on friday. My t-mobile profile still says is backordered but i tracked the package through my cell phone number on the ups account.
 
I think it's cute that people are emailing/texting legere and expecting, even demanding, a response. Go ahead if it makes you feel better, I guess.
 
Robo-lady actually said something else besides your order is backordered?

Robo-Lady said my order is "being processed."
I never got any notification in any form about my order being Backordered.
Ever since I ordered, T-Mobile Tracking says "Order Placed" the entire week!
 
Launch Day 9/19/2014!

Should be a very interesting day tomorrow. It's been a long week for all of us. With less than a day remaining to finally get some real answers, tomorrow will bring some joy for some and disappointment for others. It will be entertaining to say the least. I can't help to wonder if it's only we TMO customers that are stressed out over this launch?
