I just called T-Mobile for them to have a look at a separate issue and I took the opportunity and asked them about the delivery day on my New line with Jump iPhone 6 I pre-ordered..

He did not guarantee I will receive on the 19th. The guy in fact mentioned ATT is back-ordered up to 3-4 weeks and he "hope" this is not the case with my device.

SUCKS if true!!
 
So have the jump ppl gotten that email, again I think I'm just mad because I was up at 2:01am central time trying to order a freaking iphone just to find out its back ordered lol, no Bueno.

how can you check the status ? whenever i go to the shop link and the track your order area and i enter the info it says " we are sorry , our systems are not currently available . Pleas wait a few minutes and try again ." It's been saying this since yesterday . Is there any other way to check the order status?

I think what they mean, is that this people will get prioritize ahead of the real back orders not us who will get it on day1. This guys will get ahead of the ones getting after sept 19.

When you are your My T-Mobile account, it should show in yellow and black of any recent activity going on with your account. Should be on the right side.

If not, I would give them a call.

I don't have a my tmobile account because I switched from verizon to tmobile for the first time
 
Definitely confusing information from TMo today. I'm seeing tweets that Jump customers will be moved to the front of the lien, but then tweets that say preorders will be shipped in the order they were placed. That's a pretty contradictory statement.

Finally got through this morning 6+ 64gb got my confirmation and it's saying estimated del 9/14 which I know is not true well see what happens
