Was hoping to wake up to a tracking number... nada.

Ordered one iPhone 6 Plus - Space Gray 128GB at 5:30AM (PT) 9/12
Ordered one iPhone 6 Plus - Silver 64GB at 6:00AM (PT) 9/12

Got the text saying Friday delivery, then the text saying overnight shipping.
Website said "Backordered", then "Preorder", now "Backordered" again.

I have pending charge on AMEX since 9/17.

I cannot track anything on UPS.

I'm sad. =(

I got the email saying 22-30 yesterday. Middle of the night last night got shipped email with tracking number. Pull it up on UPS & its out for delivery today.

YAY!!!!! :D
 
It is currently at my local UPS depot 2 miles away, held for customer pickup but they don't open until 10AM. Talk about your first world problems...

I was the same way. Even tmobilehelp said it was not processed yet at 11:30 last night yet was already shipped and in town 2 hours later. Woke up at 4 for some reason and checked it. Hit pickup at location and just got my pickup notice. 1 hour until pickup :) then I get to go sell the phone to others. Lol.

Yep.

I have had 2 pending charges since 9/17.

1 was posted on 9/15 for $263 which was expected.
a 2nd was posted on 9/17 for $243 NOT expected since I only ordered one phone.

Just this morning the pending charge from 9/15 is gone.
 
I am happy I am getting my phone, but I really don't like the fact that their website information is so off. My mind could have been at rest yesterday 9/18 at 5:00am, since thats when the shipping label was created. I assume they just didn't anticipate the volume of people who would be trying to order the phone from them. I hope they are better prepared next year.
 
Can anyone verify that the TMobile phones are unlocked?

I want to buy flat out from the Apple Store and use on another carrier.

I did the same only to awake to it's current status as being on a vehicle for delivery

really hope they didn't just screw up that badly...
 
Spoke to a very helpful supervisor by the name of Victoria. She basically stated she will followup with me since she has other orders she also has to find out about. I explained to her about the situation myself and many others are currently in.. I mentioned macrumors and surprisingly she is all over it!

Two scenarios:

(Keep in mind my CC has not been charged once)

1. Go to the store at 8AM PDT - Find if the phone I want is available, agent will cancel the JUMP order at the store by looking at notations on the account. She will be making calls to all store managers about specific accounts and letting them know about the current issue for whoever had their call escalated. (Props Victoria - fingers crossed)

2. Wait and see what happens with the current order.

I am in the same boat. I have had no information given to me. Then a charge went on my card last night from T-Mobile. Still I have no tracking information and website still says backordered. I am frustrated with this whole process. Though customer care assured me that if I am charged it means it has shipped. He said their system is so backed up from the iPhone that things are not showing properly anywhere. Also he said UPS with next day air like my order takes forever to update their system and usually by then the package is out for delivery. Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
New T-Mobile customer here and I've been following along silently to this thread. I thought I'd chime in with my status:

Ordered around 8:30am on the 12th and signed the EIP. As a new customer I never received a delivery date. They initially told me it'd ship ON the 19th and I'd receive it by the 25th. Yesterday I got the Friday" text. And just now I used my existing phone number to confirm that I have a tracking number and it is scheduled to deliver tomorrow.

I know there's been a lot of confusion and anxiety on this thread over the delivery date and how inconsistent the information from T-Mobile has been, but I really don't have any complaints about my experience (other than not being able to order at 12:01PST on the 12th). Yet I do hope T-mobile reads this thread in order to improve things the next time around.

Thank you a thousand times over for letting me know you used your existing as a reference number - just found out I do have a tracking and it's coming today!!!
 
Not looking to good for me today here in Arizona. Don't see any type of tracking at all.

Yup, and I'm seeing people with tracking numbers out for delivery today who ordered the exact same thing as me hours later.. Beyond upset..

Right there with you and ordered about the same time, though I never got a charge. I wouldn't be upset had I not gotten the emails or text messages.
