T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Really curious gets an iPhone they didn't expect to receive today (like no tracking, no charge, etc).
 
Just left my local T Mobile store..

First of all, they didn't even receive their phones yet, I think that's reason enough for everybody else to
calm down..

But FYI, they are only getting 20 phones, all gold, all 16gb and no +

I'm in Maryland

I've got a tracking number! It's out for delivery since about 35 minutes ago.

One thing I do worry about though is that I left instructions to deliver to the apartment management office, but UPS shows the error "You can not authorize shipment release for the selected Leave At location. A signature is required in order for UPS to deliver the package."

Actually I'm going AT&T, hoping I can snag one with Apple's reservation system next week or I'll just order direct from them and wait it out, with accurate order processing and shipping info.

Looks like TMO is going to send out tracking numbers after the device arrives. I found the device on USP and its on its way but got nothing from TMO. That part sucks for anyone not able to find shipping information on UPS. You would have no way of knowing your device has actually been shipped.
 
I'm more clueless now than I am a few days ago. Got the texts everyone else got, but still no updates, tracking numbers or anything related. And the charge on my card is still pending, and I don't know what that means. I haven't called Customer service because I've been trying to be patient and haven't had the time, but now I'm thinking I might have to. Now I'm worried that my order might have been cancelled somehow, like others. Didn't think I'd have to worry about that. Any of you guys got any suggestions?
 
This people are a joke I swear. Before I cancel I asked what the eta was. For real. The lady said I don't, all I know is 22-30. So I'm like why are all this people after me getting delivery today. She said that's not true, everyone is going by first come first serve. I'm like there is literally people waiting on their package today and I'm here trying to find out why mine isn't here. I told her why they didn't upgrade my shipping to overnight and kept it at ground. She said because the iphone regular was easier to fulfill. What a bunch of bs. I swear. Now I'll wait to cancel once my local stores open and see what they have left.
 
Well, found my wife's iPhone finally in UPS's tracking system. Sadly, nothing for mine. Was hoping that it shipped with hers, but I doubt 1.1lb is both an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 6+. :(

I wonder if they're using another carrier besides UPS and that's why we can't find it? I did try tracking by reference at FedEx as well (just in case), nothing there either..
 
Last thing I was told yesterday by DM from @TMobileHelp was that if I received both the email and text re: getting phone Friday and the text re: overnight shipping, I'd be getting my phone on Friday. This morning? No status change, no shipment info from them nor on UPS My Choice, and no charge on my card = NO PHONE.

I got briefly excited when I saw a "transaction processed" email from TMo and a ship notice from UPS, but when I looked more closely, it's the ROUTER order that shipped, not the phone. So they're so swamped in Louisville that they can't keep up with promised iPhone orders, but they can fit in shipping a router that wasn't ETA until 9/26? Yeah, ok.

Really regretting not canceling my order and going in person to a storefront this morning. :mad:

EDIT: Oh, and Robo-twunt is still saying "processing, but not yet available for shipping," just like she was saying yesterday evening. SMH

I was one of the 9/22-9/30 people and ordered a Silver iPhone 64GB on 9/12 around 5am-ish PDT and I'm a new customer coming from AT&T. I was a thousand percent sure i was not getting my phone today and was pissed at how many people including my girlfriend were already getting their phones today even though I ordered earlier than most#. My phone has been on backorder since ordering and changed to processing last night. For curiosity sake I made a UPS Choice account like others suggested since I have no real way of tracking my order and around 10;30pm a shipping number pop up out the blue! Long story short its Out For Delivery as we speak!! And as a note I chose free Standard shipping and was bumped to Next Day Air! Thanks TMobile you redeemed yourselves!!

Don't know even when I check TMO site it says nothing about a tracking number or even that the phone has been shipped. I don't have any other packages coming so it has to be it. I also got the txt and emails saying it was coming. My guess is if you got those messages its coming.
 
This is odd: I just got a charge on my card from T-Mobile, but rather than being for the amount of my phone upgrade it's the amount of my monthly bill, which was just handled via autopay two days ago.

No sign of a phone today but as long as it ships today I'll be fine, as that's what their site said at the time I ordered. Still, very odd...
 
Mine is on the truck on its way.

I order a 16GB iphone 6 and a 128 6+ on Sept.12 through JUMP in store around 1:30 CST.

I have not received a tracking number, text, or email from t-mobile. I can't even check my order status on the site i keep getting an error. I put my phone numbers in the reference section on the UPS site. I got two tracking numbers and it say's my phones are in Chicago (about 35 miles from my house) on the UPS truck on it way to be delivered today. Go figure. I'm glad they are coming today but T-mobile need to learn from this and get it together
 
Damn what to do..

Have the emails texts etc. Got charged but pending charges gone. Have a shipping label no movenent .

Wait or go to store

I haven't been charged, no UPS anything, EIP for the 128 + in silver - yet it says it's coming Saturday... anyone think I have a shred of hope here? I go back and forth on thinking it's likely or not. My addiction to this thread is disturbing, as is the fact that I'm electing to keep refreshing pages that aren't changing vs sleeping.

It got worse for me in the night. Now the status is backordered, seems a step backwards from the, order placed, yesterday. Still has the 9/20 delivery, but still no charge, no ups.

I'm pretty ticked off. Not leaving Tmobile, been here since they were voice stream, but might cancel and just keep my 5s. Annoyed by the whole thing. We'll see what tomorrow brings I suppose.
 
I guess my only hope is that UPS' systems haven't updated but my phone is on a truck for delivery.

Just got back from 2 different stores in MA.

Only have 64GB White iPhone 6, no 6+ only received 1 box of 10 units.
