Looks like TMO is going to send out tracking numbers after the device arrives. I found the device on USP and its on its way but got nothing from TMO. That part sucks for anyone not able to find shipping information on UPS. You would have no way of knowing your device has actually been shipped.
I wonder if they're using another carrier besides UPS and that's why we can't find it? I did try tracking by reference at FedEx as well (just in case), nothing there either..
T Mobile didn't send me ****! So I'm the first one here at the store to try to get it.
Happened to me also this morning.
Also, my new customer order page now says "being processed" as of this morning.
I don't know what to make of what I have. Got the you'll know something in 1-2 days text and email. Robobitch is telling me they have my order placed and will let me know when it ships. But then on the better of the two tmo tracking pages, I got this:

I haven't been charged, no UPS anything, EIP for the 128 + in silver - yet it says it's coming Saturday... anyone think I have a shred of hope here? I go back and forth on thinking it's likely or not. My addiction to this thread is disturbing, as is the fact that I'm electing to keep refreshing pages that aren't changing vs sleeping.

I guess my only hope is that UPS' systems haven't updated but my phone is on a truck for delivery.
