Picked up at UPS center. iPhone 6. Used it for 5 minutes then went back to my iPhone 5 to wipe it clean and it felt tiny. Can't imagine what the plus would feel like. But I think it's going to be NICE! Either one these phones are awesome. Beautiful form factor. It's perfect. It's the iPhone I always wanted. Thin and light. PERFECT!:):cool::apple::apple::apple:

No email no tracking #. Tried tracking it with ups phone # as a reference and nothing came up. Ahhhh off to a great birthday today.
I am tempted to go to a store but Afraid sonce I am pregnant I might strangle a moron. What a day so far.
 
Have you tried searching for your package on UPS's site?
(i.e. Track By Reference and put your 10-digit phone number in the "Shipment Reference" field)

This is the message I get when I try to look up my package on UPS.

What kinda phone are you looking for? I'm in the same boat you are. Most stores have plenty of T-mo 6 stock but ZERO 6+

Well folks, I'm officially jumping ship to VZW. This whole iPhone 6 debacle has pushed me over the edge that I've been tiptoeing on for a few years now.

After 10+ years with TMO, I think I'm finally ready to pay $20 more a month to have improved coverage. Not having an iPhone on the release date isn't even an issue to me--I can be patient and wait. But if you tell me repeatedly that my phone will be delivered today (which they did), then please stay true to your word. If you tell me that my bank account being charged (which it has) means that my phone has been shipped, then let that be true. That CLEARLY isn't the case. I have no tracking info and customer service just told me that they don't know what's going on with my order. WHAT?!

I'm not even mad about this whole order--just disappointed. I'm disappointed that I've stuck with this company for so long only to see them screw up the biggest phone launch in their history. Seriously, how do they expect to ever SERIOUSLY compete with the big dogs of the industry? Even for the folks who are getting their phones today, ask yourself how ridiculous this entire pre-order process was. It blows my mind that a company can keep so many people in total darkness about the status of their order. Hell, I still don't know when to expect my phone even though I got the text that it would arrive today. How is that good business?

Just treat me like the grown ass man that I am. If I'm not going to have my phone, tell me that and I'm good. But don't assure me that you will deliver the product that I'm paying you for and then not come through. And DEFINITELY don't tell me "I don't know" when I call you up to inquire about said product that you assured me I would have today.

Enjoy your high data costs. I will enjoy my unlimited data. I still hate what T-Mo did, but my unlimited data is worth the wait for a phone that we will all get bored of in a couple of months anyways.

Hang in there. These couriers are slammed! There are packages everywhere. It's a mad house. They must hate this time of year. You may get it after all.
 
I wonder if this happened to me. I have never been able to track my order via my.tmobile.com. Robot lady says processed. I've only gotten the email confirming my order, EIP, and first backorder email. Card has been charged. So who knows!

I never even got a backordered email! Just the single order confirmation email, and copy of my signed EIP.

I talked to a super nice lady in tech support for a while, and she and another techie kept researching, and they're telling me to go talk to someone at the store. The tech support person confirmed that I should SEE the order in My T-Mobile account, or at least when I search it, vs. nothing in my account, and the search finding nothing.

I told her that if I were to just wait, not do anything, 8 weeks will go by (the alleged backorder period), and it will still not show up anywhere unless they do a massive dig on their end, and it will say 'pending.'

One possibility is she'll place a second line order, and if the first one finally comes in, she'll cancel the second, but she agrees with me that the first is likely in limbo, and the second would be backordered for up to 8 weeks.

It's just like what do I do wait all day at home in hopes of ups coming not even knowing I have an existing package or not lol. I would love to know how to plan my day. Errr tmobile.
 
Check MyUPS!

I have heard NOTHING from T-mo about my order.
I can't even look it up and make sure it's right, much less get any status update. No email, no text, no tracking, no myUPS alerts.
BUT…..I just logged into myUPS. No notifications, but when I look at the calendar under "tracking" I see a package from T-Mobile in Kentucky out for delivery TODAY!
I'll believe it when I see it, but that would be pretty $%&*^ awesome. Especially since the last I was told was "shipping on the 19th, arriving 2-4 days later"

Mine says both backorder AND preorder. But i got all the texts and emails saying to expect to today AND the auth on my card. Would they really run my card if it was going to be 8 weeks:confused:
 
So, having said all that, I'm gonna go to the store, but I think, considering it's launch day, they'll ask me to come back Monday. Which means more time goes by, and if they finally get it resolved, the backorder will slip further.

I wouldn't leave T-Mobile because of this, but I would certainly have to consider that if they can goof up a preorder, will that mean their systems could goof up my account further? That's becoming my overall concern.

To those getting it, or have received it, awesome!

I think in your shoes, I'd email the CEO. That sounds like a serious screw up on Tmobile's end
 
It looks like T-Mobile Customer Service is saying that even though I preordered within the first couple hours of their systems being online on the 12th (after the delayed start), I can expect my wife's 6 Plus up to six weeks from the date of the order.

She did say that was the official communique that was being given by her management, and she did stress that it's "up to" basically as an "underpromise/overdeliver" stance (she said she would've loved to say "one week" but didn't want an upset customer if it ended up being two weeks to delivery).

However, since I was very early to order that day, she does not expect it to take that long, but if I were to preorder another 6 Plus today for another line, for instance, she says it would take probably the full six weeks before I get it.

So, that's that.
 
Still absolutely NOTHING, no updates since the 1-2 day email. No charge, no shipping, no "you're screwed, f you!". NOTHING. T-mobile's twitter only gives the same non-answers. People who ordered way after me have gotten theirs (even the same model and general area).

I'm not throwing a tantrum, saying that I had to have it today, but come on -- after going through each of the other iPhone launches (1,3,3gs,4,4s,5,5s) with other carriers, this is bar-none the WORST experience. I fail to see why I should stay with them anymore, now that other carriers have competitive plans. (no, I don't need unlimited data -- apparently I'm an old fogey that only uses ~600mb/mo)

Just left my local T Mobile store..

First of all, they didn't even receive their phones yet, I think that's reason enough for everybody else to
calm down..

But FYI, they are only getting 20 phones, all gold, all 16gb and no +

I'm in Maryland

Me to, baltimore that is, the store i ordered at didnt get any phones, and i went to east point mall and they dont have any ip6+ ... :mad::mad::mad:
