So I still don't have a tracking number through T-Mobile and UPS wouldn't pull any details until 3 a.m. this morning (even though my phone was processed Thursday morning at 5 a.m. by UPS), but my phone is happily awaiting my pick-up at the UPS center down the road.

I ordered Friday the 12th at 4 p.m.--a 6 64gb space gray. Happy iPhoning yall!
 
I decided to call UPS directly since I had a label created but nothing since. They said they are really slammed and their system can run behind on updates also when things are hectic items aren't scanned until out for delivery so if you are supposed to get a phone today you very much should.
 
It looks like T-Mobile Customer Service is saying that even though I preordered within the first couple hours of their systems being online on the 12th (after the delayed start), I can expect my wife's 6 Plus up to six weeks from the date of the order.

She did say that was the official communique that was being given by her management, and she did stress that it's "up to" basically as an "underpromise/overdeliver" stance (she said she would've loved to say "one week" but didn't want an upset customer if it ended up being two weeks to delivery).

However, since I was very early to order that day, she does not expect it to take that long, but if I were to preorder another 6 Plus today for another line, for instance, she says it would take probably the full six weeks before I get it.

So, that's that.

has your card been authed? mine has. I have a hard time believing that its going to be 8 weeks if they authed it :-\

did anyone whos label was created today have any status changes in the tracking? Seems like mine is just sitting at Tmo warehouses lol

Didn't authorize it, that's the thing. In fact, all the super friendly CS and tech peeps I talked to, say that because I have the copy of my e-signed EIP and initial preorder form, it could be a total goof up on the person who was putting the order in at the store (she had to call me back at 7 PM EST on Sept. 12).

I am in north phoenix here. Nothing. Have you tried to call any stores to see if they have any 6 plus I'm stock?

I'm ordering from Apple where I can actually enjoy the experience and real updates!
 
I camped out in front of a T-Mobile store from 5am to 8am only to find out that UPS hadn't dropped the phones off yet. They also said they were promised 10 white 6s.

Do any stores have any Plus models?

Also, like I have stated before.. He personally probably won't respond, but he will read the email and pass it along to his Executive Team.. Also, it won't be immediate. I had to wait 6 hours before getting a response earlier this week.
 
Enjoy your high data costs. I will enjoy my unlimited data. I still hate what T-Mo did, but my unlimited data is worth the wait for a phone that we will all get bored of in a couple of months anyways.

Couple months? Probably a week with the patience level I'm seeing exhibited these days! :)
 
I see a UPS label created with 3.4lbs weight. I am assuming this is the router but it is coming from T-MOBILE LDC UPGRADE LOUISVILLE, KY, US

could it be the phone? label created on 9/18, scheduled for delivery on 9/22 via UPS Ground.

iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold, ordered at 5:47am on 9/12 via phone, EIP, non JUMP. Card charged on 9/18.
 
This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company

I want to say this is every carrier, but many, many of my friends, family, and others aren't having issues like this. In fact, the more research I do, the more I'm discovering that T-Mobile may have had a massive issue unlike Apple and other carriers. Sure, many companies' websites crashed, but there seem to be a whole lot of big problems unique to T-Mobile.

Now, as I said, I personally wouldn't leave T-Mobile over a goofed up iPhone 6 order, but it concerns me that many of our problems pre-ordering seem to be unique ONLY to T-Mobile. And I wonder what other issues they'll have, as it pertains to my account.
 
I have heard NOTHING from T-mo about my order.
I can't even look it up and make sure it's right, much less get any status update. No email, no text, no tracking, no myUPS alerts.
BUT…..I just logged into myUPS. No notifications, but when I look at the calendar under "tracking" I see a package from T-Mobile in Kentucky out for delivery TODAY!
I'll believe it when I see it, but that would be pretty $%&*^ awesome. Especially since the last I was told was "shipping on the 19th, arriving 2-4 days later"

yeah i have a package out of Kentucky, its only 1 pound so i won't be getting all of the iPhones I ordered...................

This has been stressful for some reason. I let it get too far.
 
Still absolutely NOTHING, no updates since the 1-2 day email. No charge, no shipping, no "you're screwed, f you!". NOTHING. T-mobile's twitter only gives the same non-answers. People who ordered way after me have gotten theirs (even the same model and general area).

I'm not throwing a tantrum, saying that I had to have it today, but come on -- after going through each of the other iPhone launches (1,3,3gs,4,4s,5,5s) with other carriers, this is bar-none the WORST experience. I fail to see why I should stay with them anymore, now that other carriers have competitive plans. (no, I don't need unlimited data -- apparently I'm an old fogey that only uses ~600mb/mo)

Same with me. And on top of that, I ordered a 64gb and they got it mixed up and they're sending me a 16gb :mad::mad::mad:

He's responded to lots of folks here (and supposedly called a few too) and hes on Twitter all the time (or someone from his Executive Response team).

But if he takes up your cause (and yours is legitimate), they'll assign a response team member to resolve your situation.

In in Chandler and mine says a label was printed and that's it. I also see there is a plane full of iPhone landing in PHX at 744am.. So HOPEFULLY ours are on that one! My mail always gets delivered late afternoon anyways
