Sorry if this question has been asked in this thread but admittedly I have not taken the time to read through it.

With that apology:

For those that received the "We will send you estimated delivery timing in the next 1 to 2 days" email/text - how many of you have received the presumed follow-up text/email?

I am in the second day now and I have received nothing. My card has not been charged. I am still listed as pre-ordered. I ordered at 6pm Arizona time on 09/12.

Have you checked UPS for a tracking number? (track by reference number -- your 10 digit phone number-- i.e. 1234567899 -- as your reference number, along with the country and zip code).

What does ur tracking say?

It says it was delivered to the ups facility (I requested to pick it up) and I went today and they confirmed that it should be there but looked for 45 min and said they will keep looking but they currently can't find it.

It seems like a normal thing because one employee said "we were doing good today , no lost packages till now."

I'm not really going to get mad, I was more angry when I called a tmobile store to just see if I could pick a phone up and just forget about the one at ups and the tmobile store employee told me they can not give me info about inventory over the phone. Are you serious?

Yea I think we might be in the same batch I ordered 6+ 128gb
yes I received both text and email that said I'm getting it on Friday and called t-mobile yesterday they promised that I would get it on Friday but didn't happen kinda upset about it :(
Hbu did you get the text and email?

Yep. Same exact boat. 128gb 6+ (gold), got the "Friday" text / e-mail on Wednesday.

(haha… There are so many boats floating around on this massive thread :p )

I appreciate the notice - I have. I even set up a My choice but I get nothing. I may or may not call.

I guess they pick and choose who they want to help, kind of like how they send out iPhones for delivery.

Lol, exactly. I have no idea how they choose who to personally reach out to, who to blow off, and in what order they send phones out. It's got to be random at this point, right?

just to let everyone know, i have ups tracking from tmobile & my phone number is in the ups label notes, but i can't pull it up independently with my phone number, so if you aren't finding a label that way, don't worry

It has to be, I bet they had some method for prioritizing jump, didn't test it and it screwed up everything.

As far as social media replies? - I have no idea, I've been tweeting and got the same old crap. Nothing from JL (even when I wasn't being a straight up PITA to him)

Tmobile executive department

Can someone please post for me or message me a way of getting in contact with someone from the executive department

A phone number would be preferred, thanks

I haven't called T-Mobile at all except for other issues (inquiring about adding service; requesting unlock for an existing device). From what I gather on here, there is no CSR that can possibly tell you exactly what's going on. T-Mobile is trying to ship out tens, if not hundreds of thousands of orders, and what their CSRs have access to doesn't appear to be much different than what the end customer has access to. People are only getting more angry and frustrated each time they call and get incorrect or conflicting info.

Not much to do but check periodically for that tracking number or an e-mail / text update from T-Mobile. (Tracking will eventually be available when your order gets that far.)

A supervisor today told me that the only prioritization that Jump got was free overnight shipping, but the actual time of shipment was still order of received. Who knows if it's true or not.

If you pay attention to the thread everyone knows that isn't true :p. They've quite literally done it randomly.

Second day here too and not a peep from T-Mobile. I ordered around 5:45am (as soon as their site would let me) 9/12 with next day delivery. I pay for JUMP! but didn't use it since all four of our phones are paid for.

I've been patient but this has been a ridiculous experience for everyone and communication is key.

I've been watching this thread grow like crazy in the last few days. Thought I would throw in my experience thus far.

1. Placed 2 orders (1 iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey 128GB & 1 iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey 64GB) at 8:07am PST on 9/12 - Used JUMP!
2. Immediately said they would deliver 9/13 (knew it was false)
3. Got back order notification for both on 9/13 at 2:07am.
4. Received text Wednesday for my order (128GB) that phone would be delivered on 9/19. Received second text for (64GB) that phone would arrive between 9/22-9/26.
5. Received text and email yesterday that my phone would be delivered 9/19.
6. Called 8 times over the course of 5 days receiving confirmation my phone would arrive 9/19 regardless of it saying backordered.
7. UPS came and went today
8. Had online chat with a rep who said phone would arrive today
9. Tweeted John and received a response from him and Tmobile Help. Was told by tmobile help that phone would arrive today and to have patience.
10. Card was finally charged 2 hours ago.

Still no progress from here. Although I'm glad my credit card was at least charged. Maybe it will arrive on Monday. I honestly could care less if it arrived today or Monday, would irks me to no end is that I was told it was today, so I took today off to make sure I was home to receive the package as I'm sure it wouldn't be safe sitting there all day.

Transparency is key and because this is T-mobile's first go at this, I'm not upset at them, especially because you can tell the reps are trying and I know they keep getting slammed with the same questions.

Ordered a 6 plus 16GB SG and was just told over the phone that it will be another 6 weeks of waiting. Is this cause I'm a new customer? Not starting of well TMobile

Thanks. Great point. I won't call. My thoughts to call stemmed more from those that claimed their order was cancelled. But I guess if it gets cancelled, it gets cancelled. I'll just keep checking.

To my original question though, I'm still wondering whether anyone who received the 1 to 2 receive estimated delivery text or email actually received something 1 - 2 days later.

It would be nice to know that T-mobile is actually following up with an unsolicited statement they made.
