You're not alone, not only are we left to hang dry. But if you did a jump! upgrade, you cant cancel your "Pre-Order" :(

I know everything would sound like a BS right now, but I think Tmo system crashed friday after an influx of orders. Yes, it is unfortunate. I think you should call customer service and try to get some $ off for troubles like some others have.
 
At this point they are even making it more difficult for you to cancel your order if you did do a jump upgrade. Basically you are forced to wait for a Pre-order that is currently in limbo for a lot of us.

pretty much. Last night another guy I spoke to from CS said I would get it shipped monday with sunday shipping information sent. And he said call back if you don't hear anything friday or saturday.

But I think he was assuming based on the time I ordered (last friday at 5 am via phone).

For today's call, I told that a lot of people ordered their devices afterward and they are actually receiving devices and it's not right if I preordered FIRST how are people not on Jump receiving their devices.

I mean it's 100 dollars less than I have to pay ya know? So what to do? Even if it is 650 right now (pretty cheap), do I wait, do I pay the extra 3-400 bucks just to get the device?

Why is it so ridiculous I wonder

Honestly, this whole Pre-Order has been disastrous. You would think a Pre-Order is to ease you the hassle of a device before or during release weekend. I would've had better luck walking into an apple store or T-Mo store on release.
 
I hope mine come in a box. Im sure they will since they shipped both together

I received a 6 Plus 128GB SG and a 6 64GB SG together in one bag yesterday (ordered on the 14th).

I can't say that I'd ever choose to send $1,700 worth of merchandise to someone in a bubble bag, but I've actually seen worse packing from a surprising number of companies over the years.

My phones arrived in perfect condition, thankfully, but a few of the corners on the boxes are slightly dented/rounded off.

There really is no rhyme or reason to any of this even AFTER launch. People who ordered on Sundays getting theirs before people who ordered on Fridays. Shipping and tracking info arriving AFTER people receive their phones. Crips and Bloods holding hands and skipping together in the streets. Cats laying with dogs. It's the end times....
Lol the last part made me laugh but man I feel u I just want some accurate information

Been working with the executive team, unfortunately it is not looking good at all for those of us who have ordered the Slate Gray 64gb 6+ due to its demand and "popularity"....

I THINK WE aren't gonna like when we get our devices.

They can't even advise when the will actually have their batches so that they can start sending that model to those that have ordered it....
 
Like everyone else, I am so frustrated with the lack of information on my order. My wife received her 6 yesterday; which I was able to follow on UPS My Choice. My 6+ also ordered early on Sep. 12 has never shown on UPS or has the status changed on the Tmo site. I was charged for the phone on Thursday; so that is a good sign. The order status page doesn't show anything about the order, not even back ordered. On one of the order status pages, it says that the number isn't a valid order even though it is showing up in the alerts on the home page. The only info ever received on the order was the same one many got about delivery between Sep. 22-30. I don't know many people that can stay home for 9 days waiting for a phone to arrive.

I am concerned that I will even get a text about the phone being shipped, since I just received texts and emails with my tracking number for the phone I received yesterday.:eek: I can deal with waiting for a phone; but the Tmo systems ought to be able to provide some information about ETA.

OK, I got to vent. Why don't I feel any better.:D Maybe I need to sign up for an anger management class rather than wait for the phone.

Do you think that there is something they can do to release us from the JUMP contracts so we can reorder a phone that can be picked up immediately?

Maybe, just maybe if you speak to every rep working today at t-mobile, someone along the way is bound to do something for you.

So the tracking number I've been using that I found by reference on the ups site still says label created and will deliver Monday. The tracking number that t-mobile game New says it'll be delivered today
 
After not getting charged or seeing any status updates, besides those bulloney texts, I called T-Mobile and they have no record of my order. WTH!!!!! But yet when I go on T-Mobile, I can see my order on there. I am highly upset right now. John better call me personally and straighten this out :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
 
UPS dropped my 6 plus off at the door, didn't even hit the doorbell. It sat there for 45 minutes before I realized it. Restoring from iPhone 5 now. :)

It left Kentucky at 5:33 am and arrived at my door at 8:38 am, that's some fast shipping.
 
Damn it, all I want is a little bit of ACCURATE information on my iPhone 6 Plus preorder. I had one CSR yesterday who told me I should be receiving my phone by either Friday (yesterday) or today. And I had another CSR yesterday also tell me that I won't receive my phone until sometime next week. What is going on?!
 
Frustration is real

After speaking with CS today, I feel even more frustrated. @tmobilehelp DM'd me to confirm the text I had saying I would get my phone between September 22-30. Called today to see why I have been charged (as of 9/18) and they said I shouldn't have been charged and that the devices will not be available for 6 weeks, asked for a supervisor and she said the same thing. I am more thn disappointed right now.

Trying to tell myself to take anything CS says with a grain of salt and hoping that since I was charged for the full amount already, I will receive my phone by next week.
