still nothing for me. ordered sg 16gb 6+ via phone on 9/12 @ 6:30 am EST. no charge or tracking on ups.

called tmobile last night and talked to two supervisors who said they have no additional info but based on the day and time of my preorder i should have received yesterday. lol.

they have no idea when i should get it and are supposedly going to call me back on monday at 5pm with an update.

maybe this is just all part of tmobile new un-CARE-ier 1.0 event.
 
Maybe, just maybe if you speak to every rep working today at t-mobile, someone along the way is bound to do something for you.

I was thinking more along the lines of asking the executive that I'd emailed with twice since last Saturday. But, I don't want to ask just yet in case by some miracle my device is in the process of being shipped. Plus, I'm not sure if the stores still have any 6+ in stock anymore. I definitely don't want anyone to do anything stupid to my order (any worse than they've done).

Since I'm obviously not getting the device either today or tomorrow, I'll wait until Monday. If nothing has changed Monday morning, then I'll ask about that option.
 
Those of you getting discounts and/or credits, did you ask for them, and how?

Complained and would not take reps exit statements so they could get off calls or chat. Once they're at the point where they have no choice but to shut you up... that's what happens. I've gotten $165 out of T-Mo at this point. Almost paid the down payment on my iPhone!

Imagine, if they just got it right, they wouldn't be blowing money on appeasement.

Well I was just informed that I *might* get my phone Monday. Why? Because the next batch of phones will be received between the 22nd and 30th of this month, like many of you have said.

When I pressed the rep about how she came to that conclusion, or if she had any concrete info about when my order specifically would ship, she said she just "feels" like I'll get it Monday. Wow....that's reassuring. I'm glad we're giving estimates based off feelings now. So in essence, they have no ******* clue when I can expect to get the phone. Terrific.

If you're a non-Jump! order I'd advise this: call your local T-Mobile store to see what they have in stock (which probably won't be much today). If they have what you need, buy it there and then cancel your pre-order. The rep I spoke with said she could easily cancel my order, so I'm assuming if you're NOT a Jump! customer, you can do the same. That's what I'm going to do today.

BTW, don't waste your time with Legere or T-Mobile on Twitter. I've reached out to both of them 4 times over the past 2 days and have received no acknowledgment at all.
 
My sister ordered her gold 6 64gb on Sunday night. It just arrived. She's a jump customer. Never actually could check out for my 6+ the first night but the robolady had that order in her system and it was cancelled. Placed my order Saturday when I could finally get through, and Im feelin like it might be a month late. I do have an estimated delivery of the 23rd still.

As you placed the order for the iPhone 6+ last 09/12/2014, it is still on the queue for processing and currently on backorder. Once we receive the device stock, we will have the device immediately sent out.
OscarV: We know how important for you to receive the device that you ordered, we truly apologize however we received an extremely high demand of the said device and our stock got easily run out, as of this moment, we are waiting for the new batch of iPhone from the manufacturer and we will make sure that once we have it received, we will have it sent to you immediately.

I really don't know what else we can do except for just wait it out. T-Mobile obviously has no clue what's going on. How disappointing. I recommended T-Mo constantly up to this point. Not really sure how I could now.
 
Sign up for UPS my choice and they will notify you when shipments are coming to your address, thats how I found out about mine. I have them send me emails and text plus the app send notifications.

Not really that funny knowing that someone else is on the other side of that conversation. The reps can only pass along the info they're told to pass along. It's not their fault. My rep was super nice and even though the info she gave me wasn't positive, there's nothing you can do about it.
 
Just got off the phone with a rep they told me they see its pending and hopefully il get my phone next week there's no date smh. Anyway the woman I spoke to was very nice I told her about how some devices are being delivered in a bag instead of a box and I'm concerned because someone device actually got a dent in it. She was so nice that I didn't wanna say what I really was going to say smh. See if my device comes in a bag and is messed up I'm cancelling everything and taking my business elsewhere

Oh, trust me. The higher ups deserve every bit of that. Just too bad that they can hide behind reps and chat support people that have to deal with all of it.

Hehe... ya, been on the phone with them, now when I call I'm transferred straight to the office of the CEO. even their responses make me laugh. :D

Had some things provided that was meant to pacify my, but seeing that everyone else has their crap. *Well people that placed orders completely after me* have their crap....

I'm so not pacified with what was offered now.

Yea, I've got nothing at all. The rep I talked to was SUPER nice. Liked her a lot.

The thing is I don't want a credit or discount. I don't want to be one of those people that screams and cries to get something special. All I want is some info. That's it. Don't even need the phone right now. Just need SOMETHING concrete.

I'm still not able to message anyone here and don't want to put him on blast. Sorry. But, I started out emailing John last Saturday, and had a response from one of his executives. I emailed him again on Thursday and he responded back about 4 hours earlier. What's weird is that while the responses are very similar to the canned responses that others have gotten, mine were personalized to respond to my questions. I didn't ask for any extras (credits, free phone, etc.), but also wasn't given any promises as to the exact date my phone would be here.
