Same status and I've also been charged.
 
This is pissing me off, I still can't check my order status online.

I keep getting this error- "We are sorry, our systems are not currently available. Please, wait a few minutes and try again."

The reps said it's fine but their must be something wrong.... I ordered it at 6 am Friday....
 
I can understand being annoyed by not getting your phone first, but the amount of whining and entitled-ness thats in this thread is almost staggering. I say almost because the rest of this site is the same way.

If you ordered early Friday morning and your T-Mobile order was backordered to your surprise like mine it's because T-Mobile is processing all jump orders made by Sunday midnight before everyone else's orders, lol, there is a banner on their site. I'm still in shock.

I think its because they don't have the phones yet.

Exactly. I called T-Mobile today to confirm.
 
Apple and all carriers have phones already. It's how they know when to stop taking immediate pre orders

I think I saw some tweets of them claiming its not yet in their inventory. I'm sure Apple can just tell them how many they are getting and then T-Mobile uses that number. And they won't stop taking preorders until the 9/19, no matter how many phones they have/don't have. And if JUMP! customers were getting processed first I'm sure the status for them wouldnt show up as backordered too.

My order was a non jump done around 11PM 9/12.

Order number didn't have a letter says processed BUT on backorder
However, delivery date of 9/25 hasn't changed.
 
For sh**s and giggles, as this has basically become some kind of sick comedy skit for me, I decided to call CS for the 12th time last night and waited on hold for 40 minutes. I got a person in a foreign call center. Asked her the status of my order, she claimed I needed to check online. Then she told me I needed to check online. It gets better - she stated I was a JUMP! customer and I was priority. Really? I am not a JUMP! customer. Then she went on to tell me that I needed to place the order online. I stopped her and told here literally - Do you people even have a clue what you are doing in regards to the iPhone launch? I mean did they just release you to the wolves? I have been given every delivery date imaginable, never received the same story twice. I told her I could probably record all the calls and submit them to SNL or AMF and win the grand prize for funniest comedy skit because it is just absolutely comical how clueless you people are.

i read somewhere that the wording of the announcement of jump orders says that all jump orders made on the weekend would get priority over new orders. but if you were able to make an order on friday, i don't think you'll be pushed back for the jump orders. maybe i'm just misinterpreting it, but that seems reasonable to me...

Yes, if you read it you will see that clearly TMO has no clue what is going on. Does your response 'contribute anything substantial?'
 
I'm not sure what's going on with the jump! vs non-Jump!, but here's a tad bit of info.

Jump! customer here and woke up at 2:55am (est) to get ready to order. At 3:01 I was going through the jump process and when I got to shipping, it failed. Tried all the way up to 4am and it kept failing.went to bed and said ***** it.

Got to T-Mobile at 9am when they opened and was there for an hour and a half trying to get this solved with the worker and manager. Not a thing. While I was there, the engineering team released two emails within a 20min time frame to stores. The first saying that there's a huge bug for Jump! People and it's not allowing them to jump. The second saying basically that we're f*cked as there's no work around.

At that point there were 20-30 pissed off people who couldn't Jump! that I knew of. They claimed it was a company wide issue. Tried calling customer care to order thinking they might have different access...that was a no go also. They claimed the same thing as the stores. There was a shipping bug for Jump! customers.

I was FINALLY able to pre-order at 5pm on Friday, however Jump! folks were basically screwed as far as I could tell. No one I knew with Jump! was able to do a thing before that, which meant our orders were likely to be delayed.

Went home to view my account and the order says Backordered with and estimated delivery date of 9/16 (now 9/17). Not saying ALL Jump! people deserve it, but we definitely were screwed as we couldn't order to almost end of day. So that's maybe why they placed Jump! orders ahead of others because they knew they dropped the ball big time.

Status shows backordered. I also see no delivery date. Though the time says 5:10am, I ordered it on the phone around I believe that is PST and my actual order time was 8:10am EST (when I digitally signed the EIP).

I have no delivery date shown at all...

iPhone 6 Plus - 64gb - Space Gray

Edit: On the phone when I ordered, they also lied to me and told me I was guaranteed to receive it day 1. When I looked online, they ordered it as ground shipping. Now if I want to switch to overnight, I have to cancel and reorder... wtf Tmobile.
