Pre-ordered on 9/14 using JUMP for a 64GB Silver iPhone 6.

As of today no cc charge, but did receive the 9/22-9/30 text and email. Other than that my status is still backordered on MyT-Mobile.

A little frustrated because sister ordered same day (64GB SG iPhone 6) and received her phone yesterday.
 
We still have a label created for the non-Saturday air phone.

And nothing for the router :(

OH I got my phone yesterday. I had the original label created in the wee hours on Friday showing next day air, then another one created in the afternoon for next day air also. That is the one that moved and was delivered yesterday.

Meanwhile, I still have a phantom air bill sitting there that at some point I guess will vanish??

Meanwhile, the 3.4 pound one for the router hasn't appeared via reference number look-up.
 
They are shipping all preorders free, Next Day, whether you ordered ground or not. Everyone is upgraded, and we should be able to call after delivery and ask for shipping refund.

This is assuming that they actually do that with everybody's order. Also if ground only takes 1 day from where they are shipping it from, they are not going to ship air.
 
I emailed legere to see what he says. I should say that if you dont have the stock we should get the option to upgrade our pre order to a higher capacity if we want to that could be available for shipment immediately.

What's the email address to get a hold of the executive team?

Woke up to an email about my card being charged, and my phone comes tomorrow (SG 64gb+)!!! Woo! Ugh I should have just waited, instead of buying the iPhone 6 lol

Mine was upgraded to "Next day Air Saver". It arrived in my area (Portland) Friday afternoon and is sitting at UPS until Monday morning.

I'm sure this had no effect, but I wrote a 2nd email to JL last night, similar to what others have posted. My 1st email was very nice, the 2nd not so much. Perhaps collectively, we got them to do something.

Did everyone from 9/12 get their shipping?
No I have not received shipping info and I ordered on 9-12 jump
 
For any latecomers to this thread:

Make sure you sign up for the free UPS MyChoice, and check your preferences to get emails and/or texts.

Many get first notice through MyChoice, with nothing from T-Mobile.

Yep, everyone should do this. I received a UPS notification at 6:26am and still haven't received anything from T-Mobile. People usually get texts from T-Mobile after it's delivered.

That really sucks. I have two phones coming and one is a 6+ 16GB Gold. I'm also not a jump customer. I ordered around 6pm PT over the phone as well. Hopefully you'll hear something today because obviously they have stock of the 6+ 16GB Gold today.

So far, it seems this way.. I ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Space Gray with UPS Ground.. Upgraded free. Non-Jump customer.. I have to assume their is a cutoff though! Like only pre-orders placed over the first 3 days, or something like that.. I doubt they will continue to do it ...

Nice! UPS doesn't pick up on Sundays, but they do process shipments.

I was one who said they wouldn't ship on Saturday, and I was dead wrong. I've been on online merchant shipping with UPS for many years and I did not know they picked up air packages on Saturday. We never work on sat., but you would think I would have known that.
 
UPS created a 3.4 pound label... is this the router that I am not supposed to receive until the 30th? lol
