So one of Legere's called me. Apparently there is nothing they can do except give us a decent amount of credit towards our phone bill, and inform me that everyone is getting overnight expedited shipping- that includes Saturday & Sunday.

But it could take 1-6 weeks she said.

Thanks for the bad news. Next time I'm not getting the 'entry' model plus. I almost would rather re-order in an Apple Store and get the 64GB+ if they can do EIP. At least I'd have a date then.
 
Ladies and gentlemen I have received a "your order has shipped" email. I finally got a ups tracking number and I can finally see it on ups. It is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I do hope it comes tomorrow. After it arrived would I be able to ask for a shipping credit since they upgraded everyone to overnight?
And Fyi I ordered a Silver 6Plus 64GB on 9/12 at about 7PM CST
 
I was late to the pre-order game and ordered in store on the 16th. I am a new customer switching from AT&T. I've signed all paperwork, received a sim card and phone number and am just patiently waiting for my 64gb 6+ to arrive. It's been 5 days and all I've received is an order number via email. No money has been taken from my bank account. All I can do is keep checking this page (https://www.t-mobile.com/orderstatus/default.aspx) but I get nothing. Just an error saying the page can't load.

Sign up for free UPS MyChoice, it's the first place you'll see anything. You can also do a track by reference using your phone#, no dashes. Read back a few pages, there are a lot of posts about this.

It was just a regular upgrade. Although I signed up for jump! When I ordered the phone just to have an insurance for the first month or so while I get AppleCare+.
I'm sure signing up for it while ordering he phone didn't make a difference but I could be wrong?

I tried signing up for the MyChoice as you suggested, but it would not let me enter the destination address since it is a commercial address. I'm having it shipped to the T-Mobile store since it is right next to where I work. :(

How many of you got the 9/22-9/30 text/email, no CC charge(full), nothing from UPS(even track by reference), ordered via JUMP online on the 12th, your myTmobile page says "backordered", and robochick says "your order is being processed, but not yet available for shipping"?

FYI: It has to be exactly like this as we speak sans the type of iPhone. If the above info changes for you, let me know, so I can remove you from list below and congratulate you!

my experience has been absolute hell:
1. tried preordering through tmobile store morning of 12th. order fails because their system was down.
2. tried preordering online. credit card not accepted even when in good standing. had to call in and cancel the "order" because they couldn't reinput a new card.
3. tried preordering on Saturday over the phone. everything seems to go smooth, until my order was unexpectedly canceled on the 19th. they call me to tell me it's canceled. why can't you call me to work it out before canceling!!! I could have told my bank to allow the charges!
4. tried to preorder again through the same call inquiring about the cancellation. Guy completely screws up my order and orders the wrong phone and plan and sends to the wrong address. tells me it's cancelled and reorders a 6 plus.
5. I subsequently speak with a supervisor to make sure it's canceled. he also gives me two months of free service.
6. later the night of the 19th. I get an email that my phone is shipping, FOR THE WRONG PHONE AND WRONG ADDRESS. on top of that my credit card is already charged. I am livid at this point and call cs, who tries to give me the run around with ups, whom can do nothing to help me reroute the package. I then get hung up on twice while being transferred to a supervisor.

total number of credit pulls on me through this process: 5
I have a phone I don't want that's going to the wrong address, for which no one appears capable of helping me with. I can't get past the first level of crap reps to get proper help. and I'm looking at a 6-8 week wait for a phone that should be arriving this coming week in the first place!!!

goodness can someone help me!? I'm so lost with this order right now...

An update on this,
Finally managed to convince T-Mobile to contact UPS and reroute the package to the proper address.

I've decided to keep the regular iphone 6. Too many of my friends complaining of the burden of having a giant brick in their pockets, hindering them when sitting down or crouching to tie their shoes... It's coming tomorrow!

Another note. I checked the robot lady re: my 6+ SG 64GB order. It's slated to come on the 26th... However, I am canceling it, so hoping one of you gets it!

Been there done that, in our case it was the mailbox place he uses so it wouldn't let us sign-up.
 
Uhm, when I call robo lady it says I have 3 orders now? The first order was placed yesterday and was canceled? Uhm...what.

I have five when I call in, none of which are my actual order. I've never been able to get status from her because of this. What were your canceled orders canceled for?
 
I think I figured out why my order was canceled. Originally T-Mobile only wanted $200 for the down payment and phone service. On Saturday when they wanted to ship the phone, they decided out of the blue that they wanted $465 as a down payment. Didn't tell me or anything. Just charged the card and canceled the order when it didn't go through.

The rep said I had three orders too. (The first two they didn't accept my card). My third order went through. Because of those two original orders, they wanted $400+ as a down payment. I guess it's a credit thing.

Now I have to wait a few business days to move funds to that card and then try again. I think i'll be getting my phone in a few months.

Because I never signed the EIP agreement, the thing is I never placed an order yesterday? My actual jump order is still there and it still says "not ready for shipment"
 
I wonder if there's some truth to the rumor that they bungled a bunch of 9/12 orders and are now surreptitiously creating new ones to replace them.
