Hi Guys,

Can someone plz give me Legere's email or contact info,I really feel like venting to him.I have preordered on the 12th (midday) and signed the EIP all in the store that day-since then have not received nada! No text,email or even a bank withdrawal till this day! To add insult to injury I was at that same tmobile store on the 19th bright and early,secured myself a ticket in line(was#14 in line) According to the staff I was guaranteed a phone that day,turns out the store only had 10 units.They then told me not to worry because a delivery would be coming that day-of course it never came-now got a call from that same store telling me it would be better to wait for your preorder because it looks like we're not getting any phones this week!! I still have the ticket with me.
This is really frustrating,I need to send out to corporate to tell them my story.
 
Has anyone with a 6+ who preordered through Jump actually received their phone or have it on the way? My hunch is at this point we'll see one this week, but I don't know what to think anymore.

Nope. And I concure that I think they crapped something up big time because they've credited my bill some $65 when I just wanted to know when my phone is getting here.

And peeking at the source code of my account, the delivery date now says 24th. So irritated. Keeps slipping back a day at a time.

I ordered at a store on 9/15...64gb plus SG...the only thing I have is that
Order status : Being Processed
When i call for status the automated system says the same. I received the text message and email that I would have shipping info in 1-2 days but that was thursday. I checked UPS and no info.

I'm wondering if I should cancel and order the 128gb 6+ and see what happens. I've seen a few people order well after me that have tracking numbers and some received their phone. Yes, I used JUMP.
 
I was late to the pre-order game and ordered in store on the 16th. I am a new customer switching from AT&T. I've signed all paperwork, received a sim card and phone number and am just patiently waiting for my 64gb 6+ to arrive. It's been 5 days and all I've received is an order number via email. No money has been taken from my bank account. All I can do is keep checking this page (https://www.t-mobile.com/orderstatus/default.aspx) but I get nothing. Just an error saying the page can't load.

Just keep patiently waiting. It will come eventually. Don't waste your time calling or emailing anybody. It won't help.
 
Update finally got my shipment confirmation from ups at 4am will be here tomorrow 6+ 128gb sg 9/12 730am mt and also got the tmobile text around 8 am FINALLY!!

I think it's sad. I hit up tmobile on Twitter. They still show my order as being back ordered. Yet I have a tracking number from UPS.

Oh, I know. Wasn't planning to bug anyone unless I hit the 2 week mark without hearing anything. Just sharing my experience. Although, I had hoped I would have received an estimated ship time by now. I know that the phone I want (64GB 6+) is in high demand and short supply.
 
This is pure speculation, of course, but I'm bettin' our phones went to stores so they could make some kind if splash on 1st day. Now that that's over, they seem to be paying some attention to the 9/12 orders, and shipments to stores are going to be slow for awhile.

If you are a 9/12 person, I suggest emailing JL. You will get a phone call from someone. They won't have a clue about anything, but you might get a nice credit on your bill to ease the pain. Just be nice when they call.
