Oh, I know. Wasn't planning to bug anyone unless I hit the 2 week mark without hearing anything. Just sharing my experience. Although, I had hoped I would have received an estimated ship time by now. I know that the phone I want (64GB 6+) is in high demand and short supply.

Just trying to save you some unnecessary pain. #
 
Ok ok, here is the scoop. I got a call from John's office about an hour ago. The lady was very apologetic. Pretty much those of you who ended up receiving phones despite ordering after those who haven't received their's yet; you got lucky. Tmo goes through a 3rd party for fulfillment and I guess quite a few of you escaped through the cracks. Everyone who did order early and did get theirs, they did so because they ordered something else other then a, you guessed it, a 6+ 64GB Space Grey. That being said, those of us who got the 9/22-9/30 text we should be getting our phones this week. If not, they said to call/email us again. For my troubles, I got a billing credit, so I'm happy. I'm going to wait it out till the 30th. Good luck to ya'll!

Oh and FYI; they keep a record of every(not just some) call, chat session, and sent email in a file specific to you. I dunno if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but pretty much they can read and hear everything you say in case an exaggerated claim is made I guess. This is what the exec office told me.

I just got a call from exec and was told the same thing. I'm just going to wait out this week and see what happens, he was super nice and I couldn't bring myself to let out my frustration on him because in all reality he probably has no clue why the orders are so jumbled anyways, and I know when I worked retail I absolutely hated when a customer chewed me out and I literally had no clue about the situation. So I'm just going to let it go and carry on with my week. The guy did not give me a billing credit, but once I get the phone I am calling and getting at least my shipping credited back to me since everyone ended up being upgraded.
 
So TMO paid off my EIP because they accidentally canceled my order. I did owe $135.00,so not bad I guess# and then they texted me:

Free T-Mobile Msg: You have been a T-Mobile customer for 1 year. Thank you for being a loyal customer.

Thanks ***holes!!!!! Just give me my ********* phone #############

Does that mean I don't have to repeat my info every single time? I got all the you're getting your phone on Friday messages and I still have no charge, no UPS info. One cs rep said since I got the Friday messages I'll get my phone on Monday and another said those messages were all a mistake and unless I see a charge it hasn't shipped. I wish there was a way to change my order to a different color or storage if mine is going to take a long time.

The main group here is the 16gb plus gold specifically. Non received at all.

I'm in the 9/22-9/30 group. I did by putting my number on ups know that a label was created yesterday and how im suppose to to get the phone tomorrow. Nothing from t-mobile tho. My card has a pending charge for 2 days now also
 
Things like this is why i'm mad! How do you get yours shipped before people that ordered hours before you! Man this is just not right! Good for you though!

+1--I'm happy for anyone that manages to get it, but what is the most frustrating is seeing folks getting the same model as I ordered who ordered hours, and even days after me. They are not shipping them out in the order they were received (they admit this, but don't offer any remedy), so it's not about being patient and waiting my turn inline, it's that T-Mobile doesn't have a proper queue.
 
Holy **** guys so I emailed John and they got back to me super helpful the nice lady on the phone said I should have my phones this week super happy I finally know something!!!! Let's he how this goes lol!!!
 
I'm still part of the group that ordered on 9/12, 16GB SG 6+, got Friday delivery text but no 6+ and literally nothing since. No texts, charges, emails.
 
My delivery change is not under my account now apparently. I called a csr kept my cool and acted nice. She told me scheduled for delivery 9/21-26. Free overnight delivery. Refund on my ground shipping charges. And thanks for being a customer since may 2011. I told her legere told me I would get free overnight. Lol
 
UPS Update

Looks like my phone is on its way to arrive Monday!

Ordered+EIP 9/12 1:51 PM PT; iPhone 6 64 GB Space Gray; Upgraded to Next Day Saver. Received tracking # SMS from T-Mo 9/20 8:19 AM PT.

FYI: According to another user on this forum, it appears Seattle shipments have been routed via Portland.

First time iPhone user for Tmobile. I noticed the voice mail is fully integrated to the app where I don't have to dial the voice mail number. It's pretty neat I thought.
 
When you guys are seeing ups information, is all of it populating at once? Mine still doesn't find anything based on my phone number.

No. I found the label creation during the early hours of Friday using my 10-digit phone number as a reference number. That was the only thing that appeared delayed. Subsequent updates don't appear to have much of a delay at all.
 
Got this label from UPS my choice on Friday. Not sure whether it is the cellspot router or 2 iPhones 6+ 64GB SPG I ordered via JUMP

Just twittered Tmobile and they confirmed that the label is for the iPhones!

"Looks like we're just waiting for it to arrive at the UPS facility!"
