I called them, and told them I was unable to put an order through on the tmo website....it took the lady a while while she had me on hold, but I think it was due to the fact I am a tmo customer for 10 years...just a guess

that couldn't possibly be it cause I've been a customer for over 12. If that's the case, I should have had my phone already.

+1--I'm happy for anyone that manages to get it, but what is the most frustrating is seeing folks getting the same model as I ordered who ordered hours, and even days after me. They are not shipping them out in the order they were received (they admit this, but don't offer any remedy), so it's not about being patient and waiting my turn inline, it's that T-Mobile doesn't have a proper queue.

Tell me about it. I ordered at 3:30AM on 9/12, the very moment that the iPhone 6 went live and I'm getting my phone tomorrow. There was a guy earlier in this thread who ordered on 9/18 and got it on Friday! Oh! the humanity!

If there's nothing by Tuesday morning call up the number for Executive Customer response (CEO's office apparently or something like that).

Again, wait until Tuesday morning because sometimes stuff happens over Monday night. If you give them a full business day you'll have a better case when you call them (if needed).

My iPhone shipment displays 1.00 lbs.
The wi-fi router displays 3.4 lbs.

It's 1.3LBS for a 6+.

I give up!!! It's frustrating seeing people who ordered after me gettin their **** and I'm still here with no txt msg or update. Just that I may have to wait 6 weeks. 6 weeks from the 12th is a LONG time.
 
Still no word here. I got that 9/22-9/30 text days ago. No charge, no label, no update status yet. I did get that call back yesterday and said its looking pretty positive to come sometime this week.

Yep, it'll come sometime this week. Tmobile receive shipments from Apple every day including weekends (I'm excluding Sundays just to be safe) and I don't think from at least what I've heard that Tmobile has control over what exact phones they receive, they just receive whatever Apple gives them. Granted, they get a lot of phones but it's just a case of waiting until they get enough of the 6+ 16GB Gold to fulfill other people's orders.

I too am waiting for a 6+ 16GB Gold, my SG 64GB 6+ has already shipped and will be here before noon tomorrow. :cool: I gave up hope but it looks like everything went through fine.

Also, I received the T-Mobile "you're being charged now" email a full day after shipment. Don't look at your credit card for any help because it won't always be in time.

You will not be waiting 6 weeks, I promise. T-Mobile are legally required to mention the worst case because they don't want to be sued and what not.

Again, same advice for everyone: Wait until Tuesday morning and then call them up, email John and whatever. PM me on Tuesday morning for the number if you'd like. Giving them a full business day is only fair. Honestly, I really do believe you'll see movement sometime Monday or even Monday night/early Tuesday. Just give it until then and if there's nothing you'll have a strong, strong case to present to CS when you phone them up for compensation.

I know I won't wait that long but I don't think I even deserve to wait 2 weeks. In my mind ordering that early was enough for launch or the first week.

Yeah the guy who spoke to me yesterday, believe his name was Anthony, he said how their shipments were kind of a grab bag assortment and they never know whats in them till they open it up. They had originally got very few 6+ then a large influx of 64gb + SG. The other carriers had different assortments and shortages as well. He did mention they got some Jump! out ahead of others, but doing that it messed up the order somewhat--then they attempted to go back to date priority but still isn't accurate.

I have my bank set up to text me any charge over 35 dollars, UPSMychoice to email/text me, and I've been checking that robolady morning then before I head to bed.
 
Has anyone's router shipped, or has been delivered? Mine has been stuck in "Ready for UPS" since 9/18.
 
I had sent an email to JL on Friday, got a call back today. Lady on the phone was super nice and apologetic. Said my phone was still backordered and could be up to 6 weeks. I didn't mention that I got the notification from UPS. She credited by entire bill and brought me to a zero balance as an apology. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Just waiting for them to DM me on twitter... Probably for nothing, bc my 9/12 order still says Backorder/being processed.
So I guess I shouldn't expect it early this week either.

I hope not. UPS is quoting me a Wednesday delivery on my router. I just figured I would have seen some movement by now.

Yes, there is a chance. What does the tracking number say on the UPS site? My delivery date is guaranteed for tomorrow but I paid $5 to get it before noon :cool:

Granted, apparently my phone is either in the "Origin Scan" at Louisville or on a plane. UPS has been reliable before so I imagine my phone will arrive tomorrow.

Probably won't be 6 weeks according to your signature stats and the fact you received a UPS notification haha! Nice one though getting a free month out of it, I should have asked for compensation for the late Gold shipment :rolleyes:

Some on this form subscribe to the idea of not posting numbers just for the sake of it. I imagine it would only make things worse. It's Sunday, folks. I will reiterate as another has mentioned: wait until Monday (or Tuesday if you're feeling particularly patient). I have a feeling more information will show up for you. Those of you without any updates, however, may have more cause for concern and I feel for you!

If you received a tracking number from T-Mobile today, then it means that they created a label for it. UPS does not do pick ups on Sunday, so it will be tomorrow before you see any movement.
 
So what are the odds of getting a 6+ 64gb SG by the end of Tuesday? I haven't seen any movement from UPS at all today and it's already midday. I'm seriously considering getting up every morning and using an in-store 6 as my jump and cancelling my order.

My retail sales associate helped me place a ship-to-home order on 9/17 in-store. She told me they already have inventory at the store, but are not releasing them until 9/24. Perhaps T-Mobile is holding fulfillment for shipping orders.

FWIW I have a shipping label for the router, but no origin scan yet.
 
Got my email last night at 4:45 that it shipped and expected delivery date Saturday. Finally get UPS tracking to come up today and it says it shipped Sunday with a delivery date tomorrow by 3PM. So, like every other communication from T-mobile this is a lie. I am pushing for a service credit. Every communication is a lie and I have tied up 2 days so far because of false communication.

Wonder if they would like if I billed them for the 200/hour I bill clients?

I can care less about the router. I just want my phone! Lol I'll never pre order again. This is horrible. I thought ordering that early would be a good thing and it hasn't paid off at all.
 
Like many of you. I ordered early on the 12th. I only received the 1-2 status update email. No shipping label created. Nothing.
On Friday I decided to try my luck at a local t mobile store. And I was able to find both iPhone 6 plus and 6 that I wanted them. Bough them there. Called to cancel the pre order. They told me I have to wait until they get here and deny them, when I get home on the 19th, about an hour later ups knocked on my door with both phones! Don't lose hope even if they don't update! Mine never updated
