I can care less about the router. I just want my phone! Lol I'll never pre order again. This is horrible. I thought ordering that early would be a good thing and it hasn't paid off at all.

You mentioned the router, so I was just trying to help. We all want our new phones. Waiting is hard--I know!

Yeah I'd rather not preorder myself, unfortunately I've found that t-mobile only carries the 16gb. Models in store

If you received a tracking number from T-Mobile today, then it means that they created a label for it. UPS does not do pick ups on Sunday, so it will be tomorrow before you see any movement.

False. I have had several Amazon orders that were placed on Sunday and delivered Monday UPS. Large retails like Apple, Amazon, etc. have different agreements then the average shipper. Especially if everything is originating in Louisville.

Lol I'm not mad btw. So don't take it the wrong way. And it's not even about waiting. I don't mind waiting but atleast do things the right way. There has to be a way for them to get out their devices to the people who ordered first. I've seen ppl who ordered the same device as mine hours and a day after me already get it and they don't have jump. So now I'm gonna have to wait for those random ppl that get in plus the jump folks. It's not cool

They don't "pick up" anything. UPS Logistics is 7 days a week, 24 hrs. a day. The packages don't go to a T-mobile warehouse for further processing. They take them off one plane, slap the label on, and put it on the next plane.

Logistics services for huge companies are entirely different than what we are familiar with, and the procedures are specific to what the individual company has contracted for.

Most people who've ordered from Apple, for example, see their tracking from China, because many times labels are generated there, probably sharing a plane to Alaska with a pallet or two of tmo phones going to Louisville.

Probably won't be 6 weeks according to your signature stats and the fact you received a UPS notification haha! Nice one though getting a free month out of it, I should have asked for compensation for the late Gold shipment

That's why I didn't mention to her that I had a tracking number. I didn't ask for compensation, she just came out and offered it. I just received the tracking number via text about 10 minutes ago, and Robolady is now saying shipped today with ETA tomorrow.

I got the 9/22-9/30 text and from what exec told me from the call today I should have it this week. I'm hoping that I at least get it before wednesday.

Agreed. You ordered early, too! The fact that I'm getting my phone on Monday isn't what bothers me. It's that I was given inaccurate information three times that I would receive it Friday and ended up inconveniencing my day and nothing to show for it. Now I had to reschedule Monday. Luckily I have a job that is flexible -- many people do not! I can only imagine your frustration with the queue so out of order.

So it sounds like there are two groups left, probably comprised mostly of SH 64GB orders, 9/22-9/30, who should be getting theirs this week and the 1-2d more info people, who are in the four week window.

Fwiw, the ERT person who called me either didn't read my file or didn't know anything about how @tmobilehelp told me that my order would ship I'm 4-7d or that they promised that all preorders would be next-day shipping.

I was in the 1-2 day group and I'm getting mine tomorrow. I didn't receive any text after the 1-2 day notification until the tracking text today.

What makes it worse is when you call and ask how it's possible that ppl who ordered after me are getting their phones. They're like oh that person must be lying lol or they're like it's on a first come first serve basis and it's obviously not. Lol

I just wanted to say Ashford deserves a really big thanks for sticking around to help all the newer posters. It appears that as soon as most see their delivery notice, they are gone, which is OK, just sayin' it's nice of Ashford to hang in and help.

I accidentally picked ground shipping on my order. Is it possible to change to next day air?

My expected delivery date is 10/6.

I forget, were you a pre-order? If so, you will be automatically upgraded to next day aire saver.

Also, it is helpful to put your particular order info in your signature, so those helping don't have to keep asking. Helps identify which "club" you're in.

Does anyone know what this means? it says no deliveries are for your address?

It means no My Choice deliveries have been identified for your address. However that doesn't always mean you don't have a package coming. I've had packages (at label stage) show up via reference number without a My Choice notification.
