T-Mobile.com preorder thread

You can try searching the reference tracking section by entering your number with no dashes and see if it comes up. Some said way earlier that they had labels found that way that didn't show up on MyChoice. There were some that arrived that weren't in either too.

No info from t mobile and none from ups either using the reference tracking.

I had to stop checking the track by reference. That big red 'no soup for you' notice made me cringe every time.
 
Dang it folks! I can't wait one day longer for my package! I'm going to the Apple Store to go check out the 6+ just so I know what it's like :mad:

Logistics services for huge companies are entirely different than what we are familiar with, and the procedures are specific to what the individual company has contracted for.

Most people who've ordered from Apple, for example, see their tracking from China, because many times labels are generated there, probably sharing a plane to Alaska with a pallet or two of tmo phones going to Louisville.

Exactly. The phones don't even leave the UPS headquarters before they're shipped out again to customers. Thanks for making this clear.
 
UPS Reference Number Lookup

A number of people here have asked about looking up shipments by reference number. In my experience, the following has been true for me:

To locate a package by reference number, UPS.com > Tracking > By Reference: Enter your 10-digit T-Mobile number (primary), skip other fields except Destination country and 5-digit ZIP.

I pre-ordered an iPhone on 9/12 @ 1:51 PM PT and a CellSpot Router on 9/17 about 3 PM. Both package labels showed up via the same reference number early Friday AM. This was about a day before T-Mobile gave me any kind of shipping confirmation.

Just got my tracking number!
Ordered on 9/12 @ 12pm CST.
iPhone 6+ 64GB. Got my text 9/22-9/30 text on Wednesday and CC was charged on Friday.
Crossing my fingers nothing goes wrong and I'm not working on the day of delivery lol.

Yeah, another one! Knowing how good it felt to see my ship notice this morning, I happy to hear this.

I'm in the same boat. I was just playing on the PS4, thought my girlfriend texted me, but it turned out to be my tracking number haha.
 
So jealous, still haven't gotten any more updates. Happy for people getting them, but sad since many seem to have ordered way after me. Blindfolded magenta monkey throwing darts, I guess.

After seeing so many other orders beginning to move, I'm beginning to wonder if there is something seriously wrong with mine?

It's really like our orders fell into a black hole somewhere. Trying so hard to hold on until tomorrow before contacting T-Mobile again.

Placed my order 9/12 at 5:25am Pacific time over the phone
signed EIP and received signed copy
so far no texts or emails
CC not charged, no pre auth
current status on website: PRE-order with a pink checkmark

So I went camping last night, finally took my head off of this whole fiasco with the iPhone and well I guess that is what the doctor ordered.

I got my tracking information last night via email and completed transaction info from T-Mobile. My phone is now in my town and will go out for delivery tomorrow morning. My information is show in my signature below.

Also to mention my fiance's iPhone 6 Gold 128GB is going to be coming tomorrow as well. Crazy thing is she ordered hers last Thursday on the 18th lol.
