T-Mobile.com preorder thread

I got a call today after emailing yesterday and apparently even if you did a jump order before midnight on Sunday the 14th (did mine 9/14 about 2-3 pm) it doesn't count for priority unless you did it on Friday. Then i was given a 6-8 week time span on getting my phone even tho I got the 22-30 text. So what i get out this that copy and paste tweet Legere sent out to everyone with problems "JUMP orders by 9/14 get priority as we get 'em" doesn't mean anything.

Thats what I told whether or not it turns out to be true or if he was just saying something to buy them time.
 
So my order is still waiting well one of them.
My wifes Silver 64gb Plus should be here tomorrow afternoon Got shipping confirmation this morning. NON JUMP, EIP, ORDERED ON 9/12 at 12noon at a tmobile store.

My order is a SG 64 gb PLUS which i ordered on 9/12 at 3pm pacific right when the servers came back up. nada on that one no charge or anything. Both got the text for 9/22-9/30.
 
It's gotten to the point where I'm getting superstitious about it -- a like the saying goes, "a watched pot never boils." Of course it does, but mine will probably ship the day I decide to take a break from this thread.

The EO person I spoke with this morning, said if you (or me) got the 22-30 email, you are in the 2nd batch for delivery this week. Very nice person, but she didn't really have a clue about anything. When I mentioned the regular customer care people were telling customers who ordered 9/12 that it was going to be up to 8 weeks, she said they wouldn't say that. She had my order info in front of her, and had no idea I received a UPS ship notice 7 hours earlier.

I know it's easy for me to say this now, but hang in there for another day or two. It looks like they are starting to get us our phones.
 
I'm wondering with my expedited shipping if there's any chance i'll get my phone tomorrow. I just got the tracking number this morning but there's been no movement so far today (possibly because its Sunday and all:rolleyes:)
 
So I got an email saying order was shipped with my tracking number which I been found since this morning. Although it still says the label was created yesterday. I ordered a 6+ gold 64gb ordered around 5:30 PM on the 12 I'm a new customer and I did get the email about it coming 22 - 30 so I guess it is right on time and was right.

I'd say you have a good shot. Is there an estimated delivery date/time on there? Have you looked on UPS MyChoice?

Well probably so I know I have ups next day air although when I ordered I did ground and according to ups although it still says the label was created yesterday I'm suppose to get my package tomorrow by 3pm.
 
I'm just curious as to who will be the last person on this thread to get their phone. I'm seeing more and more of 'hey got my phone, nice hanging out on this thread with you guys.. see ya next year'

I just can't believe that people who ordered on the 17th and 18th are getting their phones before people who ordered on the 12th. There was a major TMobile meltdown that they aren't talking about.
 
Now I just need to get a case which will do tomorrow I work around a couple of t-mobile version and att stores so I will be looking to see the cases they have. I just gotta pray nothing wrong with my phone tho like no defects after all I went though I don't wanna have to swap phones and I don't want a beat up box I don't want it coming in a bag either. I made sure that last night when I spoke to a rep and explained to her what was going on and what read that I didn't want it to come in a ups bag

I knew I should have opted for the 128gb version. I wonder how much research went into which variant they should make more of.

Still no update. Hope I get some info before the Note preorder goes live. Congrats to those who will be getting their devices soon.

Pfffft. I feel like the 128 gig version is the one that's doomed. I ordered mine on the 12th and I still get nothing but the "We're working to get it to you as soon as we get inventory" ******** response.

Pretty sure my 16GB 6+ gold is a unicorn or some other mythical creature never to be seen. lol I feel your pain

This is what I'm hoping. They learned their lesson, making a promise (your phone will be delivered on Friday, etc) they couldn't keep, so now they're giving worst-case scenarios. I am supposedly in the first priority group (preordered via Jump mid-morning on the 12th) - yet I have nothing besides the Friday texts/email (6 plus SG 16gb). I'm crossing my fingers for some time this week, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Yes they effed this all up, but I do appreciate that the executive team (or their reps) are working the weekend to dole out apologies, credits, and asking for feedback. Doesn't get us our phones, but it's taking responsibility. I myself, appreciate it. If they had only not made the false promises in the beginning, it would have saved a lot of bitterness, false hope, and disappointed customers. yada yada yada :p
