Ordered Sunday 9/13/14 at 11AM CDT

I just ordered the 6+ 64GB in gold and on the TMO status page it says shipping 9/14/14 at 08:40:10 AM. I wonder what is going on and hope it is true.

Honestly don't care if I'm back order and get it a week later. But 6 weeks? I'm pretty sure I can walk into a store and get a phone in less than 6 weeks. I preordered a 6+, 16 GB, space grey

ordered mine on 9-12 at 9:30pm (central) - still says my order is being processed. no delivery date or anything like that.

Many of us have had a very frustrating experience and are understandably annoyed and irritated and may vent a bit. By any measure this pre-order by T-Mobile has been an unmitigated disaster. You're resorting to name calling and insults is uncalled for.

And while we're on the subject, it's getting really tiresome to see the all of these posts from people saying "it's only a phone" "get a life" "chillax" "don't have a heart attack over this" etc... People are understandably frustrated and are venting a bit and commiserating with each other, nobody is threatening to jump off a bridge or go get an AK47 and go on a rampage, they are just venting a bit. We don't need to be told that we are acting like "babies" or that weaver overreacting. Thank you.

Its the internet deal with it and I didn't call anyone out but if the shoe fits wear it.

I got the text. "Thanks for upgrade" feeling hopeful!

----------

Did anyone receive a text message recently (today around 8AM EDT) saying "Thanks for your device upgrade!"

This is such a mess.

I did. 8 am cst this morning.

Are you sure that's not your order date/time? They seem to combine the status and order date/time on the same line. Mine says "Pending Shipping 09/12/2014 at 10:45:31 AM"

I'm kind of getting sick of seeing people rant to tmobile reps complaining that JUMP customers get priority. It's like they can't change anything. It was corporates decision. Like the one chat where they guys apologizing and the customer is like that's unfair. My friend. Blah. I want an upgrade. Blah. Like omg relax. We really don't know what's happening if it's still back ordered with no info by like the 15/16. Then that's time to panic

Mine doesnt show an expected delivery date like some.

Tmobile is frustrating. I just want a straight up answer about delivery date.

Every other company has given there customers expected delivery dates.

kinda wish I just stayed stayed with att now.

I have a good feeling that either tomorrow or tuesday things will update and change for us.

I'm sure we will. We just gotta be patient. About 2 minutes ago I got this text message "Free T-Mobile Msg: Thanks for your device upgrade! Find more details on your device at my.T-Mobile.com. If order not authorized, call 611 from a T-Mobile phone" hopefully they are at least working on them.

Boy oh boy I'm not sure if I'm one of the lucky ones or not, I'm just assuming we're all getting screwed somehow. Current stats:

Online JUMP! Order #1, 16GB 6+ Gold

Order Placed 09/12/2014 at 10:00:52 AM
Back Ordered 09/13/2014 at 03:02:01 AM
UPS Expedited Next Day
Estimated delivery : 09/15/2014
Order status : Backordered

Online JUMP! Order #2, 64GB 6+ Space Grey
Order Placed 09/12/2014 at 02:38:18 PM
Back Ordered 09/13/2014 at 03:07:58 AM
UPS Expedited Next Day
Estimated delivery : 09/15/2014
Order status : Backordered

Card has been charged for both to my knowledge.

Only two texts to both old Jump! phones so far. The "Order Placed/Processing" whatever one and the "Backordered" one.

Same here. I haven't gotten any type of charge. I'm hoping we hear something by Monday or Tuesday. I talked to a few CL reps at t mobile. They both mentioned that as soon as they get the phones, they will update our status.

Not knowing when the phone will ship, tracking numbers, etc. has always been the fun/frustrating part of preordering an iPhone. The excitement is there to get up at 3AM and preorder (although it didn't happen for us) and then waiting for the order to update, seeing our cards charged, seeing tracking numbers and then refreshing the tracking website update with changes in location. The only frustrating part is not getting a straight answer from Tmo concerning our orders but I think that by Monday or Tuesday, we'll get some good news and information. #keepthefaith :) :apple:

Preordered at 9:14 AM on September 12.

If you look at some of the other post a lot of users who preordered their iPhone early on the 12th have not received any estimated shipping dates. While others who ordered it later like yesterday have gotten their estimated shipping dates for much later then the 19th maybe because they are 2nd wave?? This is what my order status is and what T-Mobile told me a hour ago. iPhone 6+ Black and Slate 16GB Model. If anyone gets/has a estimated date who ordered before noon on the 12th comment below! :apple:

Ordered last night at 7:00 EST, delivery scheduled for 9/20, received upgrade text.

I have only gotten the eip email, no email confirming my order, is that normal? Also no order number so idk what that means.

How do I check status?

Spoke to a supervisor this morning at T-Mobile CS...

Firstly she had no idea about the JUMP policy and had to look it up in the company system. Then she put me on hold to confer with her supervisor and told me this:

The JUMP policy applies to orders placed purely online - the main reason for it, is that JUMP users have to receive their phones quickly so that they are able to send back their old devices within the set time-period.

HOWEVER

Orders placed over the phone are sold from a separate inventory and are first-come-first-served. If you ordered your iPhone 6(+) over the phone, then your order will not be JUMPED by anyone - the phones will dispatch in the order received.

So effectively, if you placed your order online you are going to get jumped by anyone and everyone who places a JUMP upgrade online this weekend (Fri-Sun), and you most likely will not see your devices for a number of weeks. But, if you're like me and you placed it over the phone "you should be in good shape"

Usually when I pre order stuff from them is all crazy. But they usually ship pre orders the day before launch. Exception of the g3. AT&T launched early and launch date got modified and we ended up getting our phones on the 10th of July when originally launch day was the 16th or so. So yea. Also we were back order until it shipped.

So if I order it directly from apple.com, I get it Unlocked out of the box or does it still need a T-Mobile SIM card for first time activation/unlock?

Reason I'm asking is because I plan to use it overseas very often.

I work for Apple and the t mobile they sell is unlocked but it's gsm network which means u can't use phone with Verizon or sprint
