From what I've gathered:

If you added a new line to your existing account, or are a new customer, then you should not have a delivery date online.

If you upgraded an existing line with jump! online and some without jump (NOT ALL) then you should have a delivery estimate on the page.

Another thing that I noticed is that if you added a new line or are a new customer then you have to use a separate page to check the status of your order in which you put in your order #, zip code, and last name. If you upgraded then you have to use the page in which only your zip code and order # are asked for.

I actually called T-Mobile and asked if becoming a JUMP! customer would bump ne up in line despite having ordered at about 8am CST. The rep said yes, so I got JUMP! without modifying my order and I'm hoping that I get it on launch day. Fortunately I was planning to get JUMP! anyway since the handset protection is included, which I believe is normally $8.

I don't believe it's as simple as being a JUMP! customer. I think you actually need to do a JUMP! upgrade to get priority.

Yes, it seems like if you don't have a delivery date, you are in limbo while JUMP users jump over you in line :(

I'm not a new customer. I upgraded without jump and my order number still doesn't show an estimated arrival date. Simply says pending shipment with a back order status (pink check) at the top.

That's not true. My whole family upgraded our existing lines with JUMP and we still don't have a delivery estimate. We placed our orders in the TMO store at around noon on the 12th.

As for charges, all I've seen is the $1 preauthorization charge. Still.

Used a credit card and ordered using JUMP Friday afternoon.

I upgraded an exiting line on Friday the 12th and I do not have an estimated ship date.

I think that all JUMP! upgrades ordered online have an estimated delivery date.

What I said is not really fact, there are many variables. Like someone already told you, I think only online jump! orders (and maybe phone orders?) have a delivery estimate.

I said some, not all.

Just so everyone knows, at least in Jacksonville, the TMO stores will only have the iPhone+ 16GB available on launch day. If you want 64GB or 128GB you have to pre-order. Verified by 4 different stores. So much for my backup plan.

Because of shortages and preorder issues they're only stocking 16GB, I reckon sometime in October they'll stock all models.

EDIT: To clarify, from what I can tell as long as online orders for the 6+ are in really high demand they won't bother rationing out all the different models, they'll just keep pretty much all the 64Gb and 128Gb models in the warehouse and ration our 16GBs if they have them. Best hope for most people is probably to preorder one now if they really want a 64/128Gb model.

I preordered a 16 GB 6 +. If t-mobile has enough to stock in stores, I'll get it launch day or a week after, right?

Ordered a 128GB iPhone 6+ Gold online on T-Mobile's site on Friday night close to 11pm after trying throughout the day to get past the last page. There was initially a pop-up showing it being shipped on the 19th but then the order page shows the 25th.

This is what I see on the account page. I only established a T-Mobile account on the 11th just to ensure I didn't owe any crazy deposit (although the phone came up to be more than I thought when ordering online).

Left a few details in the above image. Not sure if the first few numbers of the order or account number matter any. I do NOT have their Jump option, nor did I do anything special to order besides waiting for their page to load properly.

Shipping date is different from estimated delivery date. Your device can ship on the 19th and take 5-7 days to arrive to your home, hence the estimated delivery date of the 25th.

I don't recall an option when ordering, but I've seen a few people here with UPS Expedited Shipping. As I guess I didn't get/see that option, it'll likely ship closer to the 25th than the 19th from my guessing. Either way, I can wait a few days :)

I'm saying 19th is probably your shipping date, i.e. when the device is shipped (leaves the warehouse) to your home and the 25th is when it'll arrive. To fulfill that estimated delivery date, it can't ship closer to the 25th or else it'll push your estimated delivery date out further.

I ordered in store a Gold 128GB iPhone 6+ on Friday the 12th at 4pm. I signed the EIP form an hour later. I do not have an estimated ship date. You order a full day after me and have an estimated ship date. Makes zero sense!

I was told by a manager at a store in Texas they are saying no 6+ Models will be available in the store at launch date.

better late

Just now received my T-Mobile reminder email about iPhone6 pre-ordering. Just a little late, geez.

I did order on the 12th around 11pm and received an email with the EIP (it wasn't on the order page when I finally got through, but I did sign another EIP 12 hours prior). However, it wasn't until several hours later at 5am on the 13th that it was "pending shipping".
