you can sit around and wait for it if you want, but i will friday/saturday. just glad i don't have problems a lot of people seem to have here.

I think the systems are just messed up, ppl without a delivery date are getting it sooner than ppl with lol

Like others in the thread, I thought it would be interesting to call TMo this morning and see what was up. The first person I spoke to in Customer Care had zero clue about Jump people jumping over other pre-orders. When I told her about the tweets, and what was on the website she put me on hold to consult her manager and their internal docs. She then came back and confirmed what other have ben told about Jump taking the priority. She said that all orders would show as backordered until they had the stock. She was also pretty sure that wouldn't be until Friday 9/19, which didn't make a lot of sense to me.

I pushed back and asked for a credit for the expedited shipping and she was happy to do that. She said that there was still a good chance of me getting the phone quickly, but no further details. So I would say if you are annoyed and willing to wait on hold for a few minutes (and paid for expedited shipping) call and they might give you a credit for it. It also good for them to know that they have a lot of displeased customers.

I also am having an issue with my trade in. When I put the order number in the system says its not valid. I was transferred to their web sales department and the pleasant person there told me that because the order is showing as "backordered" in the system, it doesn't consider the order number valid yet. She said that once the phone ships I should be able to put my number in and start the trade in process. I guess that makes sense as if the device was really backordered they wouldn't want you to start that process and not make the send in window. What is annoying about this is that the value they are quoting me right now ($350) is really high for my 5s. I'd like to take advantage of that; but we shall see!

I ordered in store on Friday after work (not sure why it's saying Saturday here) and did so as a JUMP upgrade. I live in San Francisco, so if they're coming from China to the west coast that could be why I'm getting an earlier date? If this is actually accurate, then I will be receiving this tomorrow.

Just now received my T-Mobile reminder email about iPhone6 pre-ordering. Just a little late, geez.

I just got my email an hour ago. Glad I signed up for the email alert, I would have missed the pre-order if they haden't reminded me on time! :D

If you look at some of the other post a lot of users who preordered their iPhone early on the 12th have not received any estimated shipping dates. While others who ordered it later like yesterday have gotten their estimated shipping dates for much later then the 19th maybe because they are 2nd wave?? This is what my order status is and what T-Mobile told me a hour ago. iPhone 6+ Black and Slate 16GB Model. If anyone gets/has a estimated date who ordered before noon on the 12th comment below! :apple:

I ordered early 9/12 after waking up even earlier. Jump wasn't available at the time so i did a regular EIP. I was gonna do Jump now that the priority promo is out and return the EIP device, but my current phone is rooted and i don't feel like undoing that process to Jump.

The official release date is the 19th. You may get lucky and receive it on the 18th if FedEx or UPS deliver early.

Just got an email from t-mobile that said if you place your order by midnight Sunday, we'll send the phone to you as soon as [the phones] are available.

Interesting.... I assume this means everyone from Friday through Sunday is in the first batch of preorders, or maybe I'm reading into this too much and it's just marketing BS.

Thank you

I did order on the 12th around 11pm and received an email with the EIP (it wasn't on the order page when I finally got through, but I did sign another EIP 12 hours prior). However, it wasn't until several hours later at 5am on the 13th that it was "pending shipping".

Even if you ordered at 11pm Friday I still ordered the exact same model iPhone 7 hours before you. It makes no sense you have an estimated ship date and I do not.

Key quote there: "It makes no sense". Well it's safe to say now that absolutely nothing makes sense if you ordered with Tmobile like I and everyone else did . I ordered at 10am Friday and mine also says the 15th... I reckon they have slots and if you ordered your device within a particular slot you are in the "15/9" slot and so on... Two people who ordered a popular 6+ or something an hour apart may have a different time slot than other people (who let's say ordered a 6 or another model that wasn't as popular) simply because of that particular model's popularity/stock at the time.

Let's hope that's the case anyway and we're in the first 15/9 batch

Just peeked at Verizon's thread. It is a mess over there too. People have shipping dates of 10/28 and ordered 3am on the 12th.

Maybe everyone who ordered by phone doesn't have a shipping date? Because I ordered a minute before the guy that just posted a picture and I have no shipping date lol

Nah, it seems like JUMP! customers who ordered online (i.e. didn't have to wait for an email to sign the EIP) are the ones getting the date which makes sense with the shipping priority JUMP! customers are receiving. ;)

I love it. It doesn't actually say anything, all it says order it today and we will ship it when we get some.. could be a couple days or could be 3 weeks.

Look until late Friday night\early Saturday T-Mobile online was jacked up. No one could use jump and all you complainers were able to jump in and order a phone while everyone else could just watch. T-Mobile fixed the jump in their system and is making it up to those who couldn't order like the rest. I won't feel one bad one bit when I get my phone on Friday because I used jump and didn't order til Saturday morning. Good luck to everyone else v who didn't use jump who knows when you're getting a phone
