T-Mobile.com preorder thread

Well lots of updates on this thread since I gave up for the evening. I did get a call Saturday assuring me that the 9/22-9/30 text was a great thing and I should be definitely in the next round. Still to avail I'm not charged, no label, no order change--in fact checking now I had went from Back-ordered to Pre-order now back to Back-ordered. Think I just got farther away from getting my phone.

And all the while more people that had ordered after me are still getting theirs before me.

I appreciate the 150 off the phone, refunded shipping, and 50 dollar bill credit; but this not knowing is pretty garbage.

If/when my phone gets here, my case will be a bubble wrap bag. I've ordered 4 cases, 2 of which were supposed to be in stock. I don't expect to see any case until October. Not gonna buy another one.

because most of us don't even have something from UPS. I'd be happy if I had something from UPS.

i have the same exact thing got it sunday at 4am no update since... since it was sunday im thinking ours may have been marked ups will pick up today and we will get them tomorrow (even tho it says itll be there today)

My UPS tracking said the same thing all weekend, and then it changed within the last hour or so to this:

So it looks like I'm getting mine tomorrow.

My Apple Store (Dallas area) had plenty of Plus cases (all colors in leather and silicone) when I visited last night. They were completely out of cases for the regular 6.

The Apple Store online may show one thing, but check your local store before placing a case order with a 7-10 day wait. That's assuming you have an Apple Store nearby.

Just called T-Mobile and even though my item shipped and it says Delivery estimate is end of day today 9/22.... they are telling me I won't receive it until 9/29...... WTF?

They said 9/22 is just an estimate and even though it says shipped with an estimate today, their computer system is showing 9/29.

I'm so ****ing confused

Did your UPS look like this before you received your phone? Because here's what mine looks like but I don't have a phone yet lol. And I don't know if I'm gonna be getting it today or what!

Flightaware shows 5 planes leaving from Anchorage to Louisville in the next 4-6 hours. There were none earlier, that I saw.
 
Just got notified my phone and my fiance's phone just showed up at my apartment. Going to be a great evening!

Apple also, they seemed to be delivering the higher capacity ones first.
not sure if it's true but it sure seems like it. I like their product but I hate their tactics.

I need to vent... and more!!!!

Most likely not. Mine looked like that for 1 day and a half. Updated about an hour ago to tomorrow delivery. Until it's in the air, don't count on it.

This just means that a label was created but the package has not been picked up by UPS. Once UPS picks up the package you will get and accurate delivery date.
