Last night I was charged for my phones. Though I was charged for shipping, when I was told I was getting it free, so I got that credit back...

You lucky dog. I'm just here like PLEASE charge my card already. But once that phone arrives, I will be credited back since they screwed up my order.
 
Have you been able to get any estimate for ur shipping. I was charged yesterday too.

Nope. By checking my account online I still get "Being Processed". When I try #875# on the phone I get "System Unvailable". And no text yet. The rep I spoke with last night said that when you are charged it means that your phone is shipping out or has been.
 
With everyone seeing planes coming in but with no tracking/movement, I'm beginning to think this is the case. Stockpile up a bit and then do one massive push on the 25th. I'm happy with that especially if they do Next Day Air to get it here on Friday.

I don't get why they would stockpile for one day (9/25) while we all get angrier, but that's probably my only hope at this point. Otherwise, the complete silence on updates (emails/texts/tracking info) is just too bizarre.

edit: LOL, now both of my router shipments have disappeared from UPS MyChoice, with one of them having missed yesterday's delivery date. Way to go, Tmobile!

I don't think they would stockpile, maybe they're just expecting a big shipment tonight? Of course, if they don't know what they have until they have it there's no way of knowing which orders would ship. Who knows, all I know is that I have no charge and no UPS so the chances are slim that I would be getting a phone this week.

Is your new order still being processed? My second order went from being processed to backordered so I was wondering if that's progress.

Yeah.. whats it goes thru from being processed to backordered it means that its already in the system just waiting for a phone. Being processed is basically working you towards putting you in line for a phone.

Can a Sprint phone work for us? I know I have seen that VZ can work for T-mobile.

Nope Sprint won't work with Tmobile.

Mine hasn't gone to backorder yet. It just says being processed. So I hope that's a good thing because my first said being progressed and went to backordered the next day

New Charges on CC

I just found there were new charges on my CC last night.
Online, it still shows Being Processed.
So, since the CC charges last night were different than the original CC amount put on hold, I called the number at the top of my Order Status Email.
It asked that I enter the Order Number, and then told me that my order will arrive on 9/25. That was a SHOCK.
I then asked for a Rep, she asked for my Order number, said that when it ships, the original amount will be charged and the new amounts dropped. She said it was due to holds on certain charges..... ????? whatever that means.
Anyway, she verified that my items are about to ship, and that I will be receiving a Tracking number shortly.

T-Mobile and Apple seem to be moving rapidly on this. I was expecting the middle of October.

I'm posting this not to brag, but to give some others hope. If you ordered before 9/19, you may want to call and talk to a human.

We ordered the same phone except for you used jump nd i didn't... My CC was charged yesterday afternoon I'm trying to figure out if the charge means anything or not.

Then SG must really be hard to get, gold went to backordered within 24 hours and his SG is still being processed after 5 days?!
 
When I made my dumb order I thought, maybe I should get s white,silver.. Probably less desired than the others. Ordered SG thinking well i shouldn't wait too long.. PFF I suck

LMAO! well.... hahaha here in Houston stores mostly received Gold iPhones because people aren't getting them as much as expected. I like the Gold too.. i think at this point idc what color id get if i could just get it soon

Not that he'll tell you anything truly useful, but can you ask him whether there's any truth to the 9/25 stockpile rumors, and whether us 1-2d people are still behind the 9/22-9/30 people?

TMobile CSR are not very intelligent! we are already a few days into this thing and she's telling me that since i have ups ground shipping it'll take a little longer to get. i didn't even argue i was just nice and let it go. aghhhh so frustrating when you know more then the people who get paid to answer ur questions. lol
 
Hey guys. I have been reading everyone's issues for a while now and thought I would finally post.

Ordered 9/12 around 11PM EST
(1) iPhone 6 Gold 64GB
(1) iPhone 6 Plus Space Grey 64GB
The ONLY notification I have received is an email on 9/13 letting me know that my order is back ordered. No texts, tracking number or further emails.
I have spoken to multiple T-Mobile Reps and have been told I would get the phones on 9/19,9/22,9/23,9/30 and 6 weeks (Twice). I don't know what to believe at this point. As all of you I am VERY frustrated! Especially when hearing that people who ordered after me are getting theirs before me. My order is listed as "Being Processed" on the T-Mobile website and every time I try and check my order status I get an error message.
I can only hope that being told 6 weeks is them trying to cover their ass and really we will be getting SOME kind of good news soon.

I ordered jump on 9/12 at about 1pm EST. 6+ 64GB gold for my wife and 6+ 64GB SG for me. my wife got her phone on Friday and I got the 9/22-9/30 text. No tracking, no CC charge and i'm anticipating a call from the exec team after sending a nastygram. I suspect that the 6+ 64GB SG is the unicorn and the one model seeing the highest backorders. it sucks not having a new phone to play with when my wife is playing candy crush:rolleyes:on her pretty new phone.
