T-Mobile.com preorder thread

when i was placing my order i kept thinking "hmm, should i order the SG, i feel like that is going to be too popular, maybe ill get the gold instead.. Nah ill get the SG.."

And how many people who are waiting for a SG + wouldn't switch to a different color if they knew they could get it sooner?
 
So, I preordered my phone and received it on monday -- My credit card was never charged for it, and it doesn't show up on the account balance on my.t-mobile.com.

Did T-Mobile for get to charge me for it?

I originally was trying to buy it full price as I'd like to get the phone unlocked as soon as they will do it (40 days I guess), but the phone is locked, and I'm not sure if T-Mobile even knows I have it.

What should I do?

Ordered some supplements yesterday night.. Got a tracking this morning.. What a RUSH WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
 
Yesterday I hit my wall, my cracking point..

I sent the "team" a nastygram.. I'm going to be a complete dick when they call.. Papa is owed credits

I wouldn't switch to another color, but I would happily accept a free upgrade from 64->128 :) (ok, I'd even pay for it if I could get my friggin phone sooner)

ARG - some silver tmo and vzw models in 64/128 just became available for apple store pickup near(ish) me. It's a 50mi trek through LA traffic though... if it were SG, I'd be on the road already.

I just saw that an Apple Store about 90 minutes away has the 6+ in stock in Silver. Not Space Grey, like I want, but still. It's close enough. 64GB.

I'm going to take the iPhone 6 that I bought back and return it, as well.

Patience isn't my strong suit, but this is getting ridiculous. The lack of effective communication from T-Mobile is really starting to annoy me.

did you order online or in store?

i ordered the same phone as you on 9/19 in store at 8:30 am EST and my order is still being processed

they have to be just randomly fulfilling orders
 
Anybody in the 9/22-9/30 text group receive any updates today? I'm still blanking but an optimistic that my phone will be here in that time.

i ordered a Gold 64GB 6 plus on the 19th and my order still says being processed too
 
I wonder if i pre ordered a Note 4 today if it would get here before my 6+ lol Note 4 releases October 17th... lol

p.s. UPS guy just drove by... freakin JERK!!! Its interesting these last two days that there has been no movement he's come by fairly early. So i guess NOBODY is gettin nothin! lol
 
There was a 64gb+ in silver available at the Apple Store but when I tried to check out it because unavailable...yet it keeps showing up as available on the store screen.

Not yet. Everyone I've spoken to at tmobile (in store, customer service and executive response) all seemed very sure of themselves in guaranteeing that time frame for me.
Still no charge or change in status on my.tmobile

This is what's weirding me out about my order (I was in the 1-2d update group, not the 9/22-9/30 delivery group) -- they're not sure of anything, and have started under-promising for everyone except for being absolutely certain about the 9/22-9/30 group. I think the rest of us are SOL for a long while. :(:eek::mad:
 
iPhone 6+ 64gb SG

I just ordered mine at a tmobile store two days ago. Was processing yesterday now my status is: "back-ordered" I got a text telling me that my phone will be shipping soon. Seems like mine is going fast?

I'm that one to two day group. WE ARE F'D.

I don't anticipate ***** anymore.

I just want to be jerk to the Exec, get my credit, and wait for my phone.

This bending phone deal sucks to.. I hate cases..

I think so too. One CSR said if I got Friday delivery text and didn't get it Friday then I would get it Monday. Another said if I got Friday delivery text, it would ship Monday or Tuesday. Then yet another said it meant nothing and it was just a general message that went out to everyone. So far, it does seem like it meant nothing, although I know not everyone got it.

lol no... don't hold your breath. you ordered the most popular phone. you're in it for the long haul.

She told me 1-6 weeks. So was not expecting anything for a while.

Yeah i'm definitely not lol...I can hope i get it soon though.
