So, I preordered my phone and received it on monday -- My credit card was never charged for it, and it doesn't show up on the account balance on my.t-mobile.com.

Did T-Mobile for get to charge me for it?

I originally was trying to buy it full price as I'd like to get the phone unlocked as soon as they will do it (40 days I guess), but the phone is locked, and I'm not sure if T-Mobile even knows I have it.

What should I do?

The first charge to my CC was the day after I received my phone.
 
I also ordered SG thinking that no one would want that color so I'd get it sooner. :mad: I'd take any color. I don't care. My 5 is white. Couldn't care less since it'll be in a case anyway.
 
I wouldn't switch to another color, but I would happily accept a free upgrade from 64->128 :) (ok, I'd even pay for it if I could get my friggin phone sooner)

The Tmo Exec Team did that for me. I had ordered the 16gb and they added a 128gb for no charge to see if that would ship sooner. So far NO LUCK

If you have an Apple Store nearby you could check stock, sounds like some silver pluses are popping up in some stores.
 
This is for the iphone 6 lurkers not the plus but Just got off the phone with Exec and for the 16 gb gold is estimated 4-7 business days. Im on day 3. Was assured to be called back on Friday with update.

Now back to lurking, and will pop back in on Friday. May the :apple: be with you all...

Already did that this morning. Checked every color. Nothing. Same for AT&T & Verizon. The damn things have disappeared from Florida altogether. Thanks for the suggestion though.
 
Not yet. Everyone I've spoken to at tmobile (in store, customer service and executive response) all seemed very sure of themselves in guaranteeing that time frame for me.
Still no charge or change in status on my.tmobile

Same, they've seemed super confident when I've spoken to all 3 branches. Talked to a super helpful CSR yesterday who assured me they don't charge the card until the phone is out and that and label creation/shopping all happen in one big swipe.
 
So after the upgrade fiasco i cancelled my order and went straight into a T-Mobile store and picked up an iPhone 6, still a good upgrade from the 5s, no available Plus as of yet but i figure in about month or so i can use my second Jump and get it, so after 500+ pages of refreshing I'm out.

Tomorrow they're receiving a large shipment more than they're expecting of phones and hopefully it'll include more Pluses. He apologized for the giant screwup and asked me if I'd like more of a discount. He also said that he'll call back on Saturday and check back in with me to see if I have my phone. He took accountability and sounded insanely sure I'll have my phone in my hands before Monday. So I'll go with it. I'm mostly happy that the company is finally owning up to they screwed up.

What's my chances of ordering the 64gb Space Gray 6 and getting it in time?

If its a regular 6 then you should be ok...

I was looking at the T-mobile website earlier and only 16gb & 128gb 6's in gold or silver weren't backordered.
 
I received a call from Exec Customer support yesterday and the person I spoke with was also very confident that I'd receive my phone by the 30th.
