I just want to hear them either give me the "you'll definitely get it by 9/30" promise that many people are getting or the "it'll be up to 6 weeks, we'll let you know."
So still nothing for you since your charge? Is the charge still there?
My Exec CS Rep couldn't give me a date.. But she completely assured me I'll get it by the end of next week. We'll see.

I did have the 9/22-9/30 text and email
I sent John Legere an e-mail, not venting or angry - just letting him know that I was frustrated and worried about my pre-order.
I got an e-mail back from his two of his execs and a call back from the ERT the same day.
Nothing since the charge... and yup its still there in my account. its pending. but my bank said that they already authorized it. so idk what is going on. cuz when i called CS they're like well your account is on backorder still so we don't know why you were charged. lol

Well i emailed them and they called me back but i missed the guys call... he left me a voicemail and i was just returning the call.
Gotcha. Give him/her time.. They will call you back. I imagine they are keeping track/cleaning up a TON of messes right now. The person that is helping me I think is screening her calls because when I call she doesn't answer but will call back within 20 minutes or so, haha.
I got this text from t-mobile a few minutes ago and excited went to check my order status... But nope, still says backordered. Hopefully this is a sign that I will soon get my phone though.

You will receive a text/email before you see the order status page update. ERT has said they'll notify users directly before the site updates.
I kinda wish I got the silver instead of the Space Grey - it seems like more cases/colors match with it...

When did you preorder? Have you tried using UPS reference tracking?

I got that text Monday and still have heard nothing
I would happily change my color to silver to get it sooner, but is it even possible?
I ordered online. If I click on the link for checking my order status that is in the email receipt, and after entering the Order number, Zipcode, and Last Name, it says that the order is still being processed.
Now, if you look on that page the comes up, at the top right there is a number to call: 1-800-672-5390. Call it, enter your order number when asked, and it will tell you the order date, status of being processed, then tells you when you can expect to receive it. Mine says 9/25 for receiving. Looking online, it says Order date: 09/19/2014 at 11:28 AM PDT and BEING PROCESSED. By calling is the only way that it told me the date to receive it. It tells me Multiple Items are in the order, you can have it give you a general description of the items, but it also says that it's only capable of giving info on a maximum of 5 items in the order. I couldn't make heads or tails of what the items were from the phone conversation as it said either T-Mobile item, or Apple item. It said 4 T-Mobile items and 1 Apple, but I ordered 3 Apple phones, and 4 SIM cards.

I've read both cases, people getting the same text and soon getting their phones, and people getting that text and still nothing. The waiting is so frustrating! This is the first time that I order an iPhone as soon as it is released. I've always heard stories, but this is the first time that I'm actually experiencing the anxiety of finally having the iPhone in my hands lol.

I don't think it would ship out that fast if you ordered 9/22.
Yea, I've got straight up dead eyes at this point, checking my email and phone for any kind of notification.
