Yeah i can confirm with my contact, the person helping me is way above exec rep lol. Contact told me that they're receiving a huge shipment of phones today.
 
Well Brian from the ERT called... didn't get much info but they credited my account for $100 so thats cool. thats all i wanted now ill go back to bitchin about not having my phone! hahaha
 
Meanwhile, I'll be following the O's/Yanks game to pass the time.

Best thing you can do is sign up for UPS MyChoice, put in your cell and set up text alerts. They'll text you the second a label is made for your address.

That's what I did. But I'm like, what if I got my label created and UPS is slow with the notification to my phone. So I'm refreshing my ass off

Same here. I can't even concentrate at work

I started looking at cases in the rotation today to pass the time. Macrumors thread, UPS, T-mobile, bank, cases, Macrumors thread, UPS, T-mobile, bank, rinse and repeat.
 
I also got a call from one of Legere's execs and like others have said he was extremely apologetic about the whole pre-order situation. He agreed that those of us who ordered on 9/12 super early should have received our phones by now. He also admitted people have ordered the exact same phones as us hours even days after us and have their phones. He said it's not right and he would like to give me a credit on my bill. He credited my bill for a months service which was $155.

Also I, like many of you on here, got charged last night on my credit card...this is a very good thing. It means our phones are going to ship soon. He couldn't tell me when but we should have them by the 30th. He said he will personally call me with the shipping info as soon as it is available.

Something Funny. I just recieved an email stating Congratulations on your new phone etc... Funny because I haven't got my new phone.

I was excited to see a message from T-Mobile thinking it was an update but nope. Just a tease.

I'm thinking that Apple should of held off the release for even just one more week to produce more iPhones so that more than half of us in this forum would be satisfied and T-Mobile wouldn't be given out credit to everyone. Not that I don't like the credit and not having to put any money down for the phone, but still

Lol i was charged yesterday when you were and the exec guy who called me said that while its pending it doesn't mean much.. its when its ACTUALLY charged that it means its shipped. idk what to believe. but ill believe your guy cuz it gives me hope! hahaha

Isn't it a marker of success to some degree that demand exceeds supply to this point?

I think it's because of the SG color that it's that late.
 
I just received a call from the executive office after emailing them about my preorder that was place on September 12 online via jump at 11 am. She apologize and told me that there was a system error and the system was shipping order randomly to customers regardless of who place first. When I ask her why the rep couldn't find my order she said that shouldn't happen because she pull my order out just find and will send out a memo to them explaining how to pull out the jump order. She also said that order that started with an s are indeed jump order and that those order need to be pull from another system. As far as my order goes the wait is from 1 week - 4 week even if I receive the Msg that said 9/22-9/30. We ended our call with a 300.00 to my account and another 250 off my iPhone 6 plus silver. So there you have since the system was so screw up on the 12. Don't take that 9/22-9/30 as a definite delivery date according to what she said.
