so i did my per order iPhone 6 space gray 64 GB on tmobile with my jump yesterday in a tmobile store the REP. Didn't tell me how i wanted it shipped Well my shipping method is now set to USPS Ground today my nephew who also has Tmo did his jump today in the Tmo store (Not the same store as me) and we confirmed the email stuff and gave it 5 mins and looked on my tmobile and he has UPS Ground and he wasn't asked either how he would like it shipped.
sorry if i have asked a very dumb question but this is just really bugging me
my main question dose anyone else have USPS as shipping and what are your dates so far

Is there a way to check the expected ship date if you're a new customer? The only thing I can see is "order placed" on the order confirmation screen.

Nope. I tried all day. Wasnt able to until 9/13 at 1am. Order is being processed and have a delivery date of 9/20

I placed my order at 8am Friday morning. I am not a jump customer and my order still says pending shipping with no delivery date. I was told by the rep who I placed the order with that it will ship on 9/19.
Customer care is probably told to just do their best at satisfying customers with a response. They know we're upset about the shipping and preorder situations and their probably hoping that as the devices roll out out we will all just ease up on the situation.
It's really sad the we have all of these people who create accounts just so they can post some snarky comment. I hope there's no max number of members you can add to your ignore list.![]()

By chance, did you use JUMP! And have you received any charge in your bank? I have yet to see a charge in my bank.
