Question about pre order with Jump

so i did my per order iPhone 6 space gray 64 GB on tmobile with my jump yesterday in a tmobile store the REP. Didn't tell me how i wanted it shipped Well my shipping method is now set to USPS Ground today my nephew who also has Tmo did his jump today in the Tmo store (Not the same store as me) and we confirmed the email stuff and gave it 5 mins and looked on my tmobile and he has UPS Ground and he wasn't asked either how he would like it shipped.


sorry if i have asked a very dumb question but this is just really bugging me:eek::eek::eek::apple::apple::apple:

my main question dose anyone else have USPS as shipping and what are your dates so far

I have UPS ground and ordered with ground shipping. I'd prefer USPS as it'll be locked away in my box rather then left at the door of a 24 unit apartment like UPS did with my air.
 
Is there a way to check the expected ship date if you're a new customer? The only thing I can see is "order placed" on the order confirmation screen.

iMi, as a current customer i'm in the samce place you are, so we will have to wait for an update from t-mobile.
 
No I don't think anyone confirmed it . Maybe you can verify for us .

Just spoke with Kesha at TMO CS. Her understanding is that those Jump! orders placed on saturday and sunday were getting priority. However, she stated rather confidently that orders placed on Friday were first come first serve. This does seem to confirm the memo, but that being said I'm still taking a wait and see approach.

2 More days guys! That said I have a $1 charge on my card and I ordered Friday at 12AM noon. When I ordered through JUMP! it was estimated for the 20th, and it was a 64GB iPhone Plus...








...I better get my iPhone friday :D
 
Anyone know on starting new lines??? I started a new line on my 2nd account to order the iphone 6+ since i didnt have any available jump options on my main account.

Why did you start a new line instead of doing a standard upgrade?
 
I placed my order at 8am Friday morning. I am not a jump customer and my order still says pending shipping with no delivery date. I was told by the rep who I placed the order with that it will ship on 9/19.

I want my phone by Friday but I highly doubt all of us are getting it by then . I mean we all preordered it so we can get it by Friday but idk what t-mobile had planned for us .

Same boat as you, although she told me it would ship on the 17th and I would have it on launch day. I'm skeptical, to say the least. But maybe TMO will surprise me.....

Customer care is probably told to just do their best at satisfying customers with a response. They know we're upset about the shipping and preorder situations and their probably hoping that as the devices roll out out we will all just ease up on the situation.
 
A Jump Customer Chronicles:
1. Pre signed up for Pre-Order on 9/9, how naive I was then~
2. Twiddled thumbs until 9/11
3. Waited to preorder post midnight, Fell asleep, F :D ck!!!
4. Miraculously, woke up 11:55pm tried for about 10-15 min. nothing from TMO
5. Gave up, went to sleep 12:10pm, unsatisfied with TMO, vowed to leave'm
6. Nothing from TMO 9/12
7. Called TMO CS couple X, heard bunch of (different) BS each time
8. Saw an Angel at TMO site, "...we love JUMP customers..." I says, "...that's right BO~YEE~..."
8. Finally able to preordered with JUMP on 9/13 at 3pm, next day air :D
9. LOL, TMO preorder email link comes thru on 9/14 at 11:30am, LOL
10. Backordered, ETA 9/15 delivery
11. Backordered, ETA 9/16 delivery changed :eek:
12. Checking this thread every now and then...

-TMO needs to revamp their infra. Their PRE-ORDER process, IMO is the worst. Not the best way to recruit new customers.
-Though I feel for those that do not have JUMP. But it was hell trying to pre-order with JUMP and I pay good money for it... The fault is in TMOs' poor infra.
-And those that bash(commenting we don't have life and that sorta innuendo...), ****, so what? I love my gadgets. I'm proud to admit it.:cool:
-Until I receive my phone, comrades on this thread helps me keep sane. Please keep up the good work! thanks for sharing.
-I'm usually ninja viewing on MR forum but this time it was special and berrruh frustrating and had to vent~:cool:

It's really sad the we have all of these people who create accounts just so they can post some snarky comment. I hope there's no max number of members you can add to your ignore list. ;)

Ignore away if it makes you feel better but you're jumping to conclusion about my "new" account. I lost my account password and no longer have the email account for reset so I had no choice but to create a new one.

Just for context, I too stayed up at the witching hour expecting TMO to join the launch party and eventually called it a night. A few hours later of course the websites were laying on the ground gasping for packets so I called in to a CSR and got my upgrade ordered. I forgot to mention I had JUMP so I have no idea what's going to happen with that.

I watched the keynote and re-read Apple's tech specs on the new iPhone but nowhere can I find any feature that will be available on phones that arrive on Friday 19th exclusively so really I'm at a loss to understand the frenzy. If my phone arrives on The Day great, if not, that's fine too.

Looks like my ETA has also changed to 9/16... I'm just going to guess now that every day it will just basically say the ETA is the next day. Somewhat annoyed now that there's not just one time. :mad:
 
The T-Mobile website is saying as of right now, if I jump, I will get a phone on 9/19??

Agreed.

John Legere is consistently vocal as hell. Now we can't get a definitive answer out of him or anyone else. It all starts with the top brass for me. I can't be mad at the person on the other end of the phone line who probably doesn't make enough money to warrant putting up with the mess created by their superior's incompetence.

The whole approach to this debacle is very #carrier to me.
