Its clear a lot of people are talking out of their asses and/or being lied to by cs reps.

Who cares when you ordered a phone and which phone you ordered. I think it's most logical to say that unless you have a delivery date in the next 24 hours you will not be getting a phone the first day or so. UPS and USPS do not deliver on Sunday so that day ain't happening either. It makes the most sense but everyone should stop assuming cause you'll all know soon enough

OK, you got me there. One of them is probably right.

You can't have them change the shipping method?

Nope I try the same they would have to cancel the order. I was thinking maybe because it's ups they have a service called My choice if I can do something with ups and pay more for rush shipping

USPS does at times deliver on Sunday.

A side note. On my previous comment. Assuming a side everyone who probably preordered over the weekend will get their phones but givin apple holds these devices hostage until Wed. Which makes sense since we all ordered from T-Mobile and once shipments for sure begin we would all start receiving our delivery times. Now because there are so many deliveries they won't know what day each of us get our phones until they ship. I'd say most people will probably see a delivery confirmation Tuesday or Wednesday. However I feel confident we will all see our phones through this initial launch. I'm not worried.

Really? I would go into a store and see if they can change that for you.

Apple doesn't hold them hostage, but requires the carriers to agree not to have them delivered before 9/19. However, T-Mobile is such a mess of a company, I would expect at least some of these orders to get delivered early.

Wouldnt everyone expect some orders to leak through the dates a bit sooner then expected

We can never be too sure on when they will get the phones and have it delivered . For all we know they are probably getting a shipment in and having them organiZed to be shipped out to us.

So, if it helps, I just had a nice conversation with Tmo over the phone and here is how it went.

Called in, requested an upgrade of shipping for my 128GB 6 plus order, being that my order has not been processed yet. The lady tries to tell me that I do not need expedited shipping because they don't have stock of the item and the item will not ship any faster... So we banter a bit, request a supervisor, she says no over and over, and eventually I get her to agree to change the shipping, so she 3 ways UPS, was rude to ups and told them that I was "Pissed Off"and she needed the shipping changed. Then when the UPS guy couldn't find my order number due to it being a tmobile order number, she got a little rude with him to the point where he called her out on it, and I demanded to speak with her lead. A little while passes on hold and her supervisor picks up, agrees that we can change the shipping method, however as said earlier in the forum, they would have to cancel my order, but if they did, I would receive my phone on the 20th, because they WILL NOT be shipping the phone until the 19th. If I did not cancel and change it, I would receive it on the 26th. She straight up told me she can see stock in her system and that I would definitely get it on the 20th and that she was going to go ahead and cancel my order, told her hell no, don't touch my order. If I am not mistaken wouldn't that get you sent back to the tail end of the queue, turning me from getting my phone on the 26th to getting my phone like a month and a half down the line.

tl;dr: T-mobile doesn't know what they are doing, say they can see stock, and said phones will not ship until the 19th, period.

So she didn't upgrade your shipping because you didn't want to cancel your order and start over rite? I have UPS Ground on mine and regretting I didn't get next day. :(

I'm so jealous of the verizon ppl, they have tracking numbers, cards charged, just living the happy pre ordered life.

That is correct. Tbh, I didn't know you could do overnight, I just told the store I wanted to pre-order it and get it as fast as possible, was never even offered it.

I would have gotten the faster shipping but I didn't think it made a difference as thinking in my mind I would get it by the 19th regardless. Go figure.

can someone point me to online chat? I cant find it anywhere and I really need to talk to someone about my credit card.

The extra shipping wouldn't hurt my pockets. Store never offer it to me and told me it doesn't matter and that's all they have and the store wasn't packed I was there within the first hour and only 3 people order so far. Let's see, I'm very doubtful for a 19th delivery

I only got expedited because I knew something would happen. Every other carrier has free shipping and phones will arrive on Friday. Why did other carriers have the phones already but not T-Mobile?

The shipping should be free and overnight like Verizon.
