Did you have to sign an EIP?
Anyone else still having trouble using the t-mobile website to check order status? Every time i put in the info it tells me the system is unavailable. Been this way since I ordered and it doesn't matter if I'm signed in or not.

When I ordered over the phone I got the EIP email as I was talking to the rep. I signed it when I was on the phone and sent it back and got the confirmation that it was signed pretty shortly there after.

Oh man, I got excited thinking it was going to work. Got the spiny thing for a bit but then "We are sorry, we are unable to retrieve your order status at this time, please try again later."

Am I crazy for not knowing where people got the expectation that they'll receive ANY iphone on launch day without camping out or lining up at stores? Jump, no Jump, priority, no priority, I have never preordered an ios device and gotten it on launch day. Not my first two iphones and one ipad through ATT, and not my current tmobile 5S. And each time prior to this debacle I've been able to order at or shortly after 3am. It's never made any difference so I certainly don't expect to have it on Friday when I wasn't able to order until 5:30pm.
Have you guys really been able to preorder and get a device at launch? I figure that MOST of us won't, no matter what time we preordered, and that would've been true even if TMo's systems hadn't failed. And if you ordered a Plus, forget it. Why would Tmobile be different when that thing is backordered 4-6 weeks almost everywhere else?
Just trying to keep things in perspective. I don't much care whether I get it Friday as long as I get it. I don't have time or desire to camp out or drive from store to store for the exact color and size I want. Who am I racing against, lol.

This URL (which is from the "Shop" part of My Tmobile) also works but it seems to be a different order status page. Not sure what thats about but their systems seem pretty discombobulated: https://account.my.t-mobile.com/myphone/checkorder.html
I've gotten all my iphones on the day of launch through delivery either UPS, or Fedex. Also I've never used any other method besides whatever was available.
For anyone wondering, here are the two order status screen captures I just took:

I guess I've just been pretty unlucky but I don't even KNOW anyone irl who's had that experience lol. Coworker just told me this morning that he ordered a 330am from ATT and is getting his plus in 4-6 weeks. I figure it's easier to hedge my expectations and not expect anything on Friday. If I get it then, great but I can't help but doubt it.
This is what new customers are stuck with, it is much less detailed and really annoying. No where does it even say back ordered.
I don't have a t-mobile phone # to register an account. It's actually kind of mind boggling that t-mobile has 3 different order tracking screens that I've seen in this thread alone.
From everything I have read, the plus is going to be in much shorter supply than the 6. Sort of like the gold iPhone 5s last year. I wouldn't be surprised if people who ordered the plus even really early from carriers or stores other than Apple (like Best Buy etc) will have to wait a bit longer than if they ordered it directly from Apple.
Last year I was one of the crazies who camped out for a gold iPhone 5s at an apple store. I was the 15th person in line and the store (Bethesda, MD) has three gold phones.
Me too. Might just be there system as they work on all this, im not sure anyone's haven't moved back.
