Thanks but thats where I keep going, the Live Chat part is left blank...

Typically when it is blank like that, it is trying to check if there is a rep available, if one is not available it tells you they are all busy, if there is one available, it lets you click on it.

Is Verizon's shipping overnight? I don't think so. They just ship early enough so that the phones will arrive on Friday.

Yes they are just double checked.

Sorry we no longer sell the iphone 6 +6 plus . We are still going to take your money though .

----------

Wow was looking at verizon to see when the iphone 6 plus is gonna ship if you order it today . It says 11/04/14

I saw that but at least they are honest about the date lol.
I would rather know that upfront before buying it I guess

I specifically had them extend my buyers remorse so that if I do not have tracking info by the 19th, I could cancel service.

Does anyone who ordered a 6+ 64gb Gray on Friday 9/12 with a regular upgrade - not JUMP - have a delivery date in their order detail? I don't, and I ordered at 8:30am EST with Expedited Delivery. Anyone?

I did but I got a Silver 64GB 6+
Mines Backordered but the delivery date still says 9/20 for me. Not a JUMP customer either just a normal upgrade for a line. Also got the next day shipping.

Well is anyone going to stand outside T-Mobile before they open at 8am? I know I am wasn't able to pre order. Haven't stood outside to get a phone since I got the Evo 4g when I had sprint all.!

Probably not a great idea. I remember last year my local T-Mobile stores didn't even have any 5S at all on launch day. If you're going to camp out then Apple would be the only place worth doing it at.

I did the same and I didn't even get it until October 14th 2013. Wasn't a good experience .

Yea I'm going to call I live by 5 so hopefully one of them has them. If not oh well order it threw the store.

The reps usually know whether or not they'll have them by the day before. The shipments would be in store by Thursday if they're going to have launch stock. I'm not sure if they're allowed to share that info with customers though. Never hurts to ask.

If anyone's planning on camping out in front of a T-Mobile store on the 19th, just be aware that stock will always be extremely low compared to Apple Retail Stores and they'll only carry the base model of 16GB, which is now the 2014 equivalent of the 8GB iPhone 4. It's just not going to cut it with most apps now having to include @1x, 2x, and now @3x graphics embedded in each binary for the "ultimate" viewing experience.

I do, ordered the same phone @ 7:51 EDT, ground delivery and my expected delivery is 9/20

Spoke to a supervisor this morning at T-Mobile CS...

Firstly she had no idea about the JUMP policy and had to look it up in the company system. Then she put me on hold to confer with her supervisor and told me this:

The JUMP policy applies to orders placed purely online - the main reason for it, is that JUMP users have to receive their phones quickly so that they are able to send back their old devices within the set time-period.

HOWEVER

Orders placed over the phone are sold from a separate inventory and are first-come-first-served. If you ordered your iPhone 6(+) over the phone, then your order will not be JUMPED by anyone - the phones will dispatch in the order received.

So effectively, if you placed your order online you are going to get jumped by anyone and everyone who places a JUMP upgrade online this weekend (Fri-Sun), and you most likely will not see your devices for a number of weeks. But, if you're like me and you placed it over the phone "you should be in good shape"

I ordered my preorder over the phone and it was jump

Was told if u order on Friday the 12th with 6.99 shipping the ground u won't get the phone until Monday or Tuesday

When I ordered over the phone I asked for expedited shipping; the rep ended up charging me $14.99 for it as opposed to the overnight $24.99. She didn't even offer that (not sure why they don't try and upsell--I would assume most of the shipping charge is pocketed by them.) Anyway, my shipping shows as "UPS Express"--not entirely sure what that means for my delivery. I ordered around 7am on friday morning.
