Spoke to a supervisor this morning at T-Mobile CS...
Firstly she had no idea about the JUMP policy and had to look it up in the company system. Then she put me on hold to confer with her supervisor and told me this:
The JUMP policy applies to orders placed purely online - the main reason for it, is that JUMP users have to receive their phones quickly so that they are able to send back their old devices within the set time-period.
HOWEVER
Orders placed over the phone are sold from a separate inventory and are first-come-first-served. If you ordered your iPhone 6(+) over the phone, then your order will not be JUMPED by anyone - the phones will dispatch in the order received.
So effectively, if you placed your order online you are going to get jumped by anyone and everyone who places a JUMP upgrade online this weekend (Fri-Sun), and you most likely will not see your devices for a number of weeks. But, if you're like me and you placed it over the phone "you should be in good shape"
