Ordered on 9/12. No CC charge. I got the 9/22-9/30 text and email. Used Jump and ordered the 6+ SG 64GB.


If I don't hear anything today I may go off on exec :p
 
HAH! Just missed a call from the exec cs team, left me a voicemail saying that mine is still on backorder, and could be looking "up to 6 WEEKS."

Maybe the UPS label and charge don't mean anything. I know that they're probably just being cautious now, but I'm truly going to be angry if they went ahead and charged my card and they'll really hold onto my money for up to 6 WEEKS. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Don't know if this will help, but my experience with CSRs and ERT is that they don't know much more about your order than what you see in MyT-mobile. When I spoke with ERT on Sunday, she said I should have my phone by the 30th, and should hear something soon. I had already received my tracking from MyChoice about 7 hours earlier, my phone was delivered Tues., my card charged Tues., Tmo sent 'your order has shipped' email on Wed. My router was just delivered and Tmo sent 'order shipped' email an hour ago.

I'm so glad most of you are hearing something.

Hopefully, you'll get another call from ERT. Did you get a credit yet? You certainly deserve one.

I've never been given the 9/30 promise. It seems that there's a group that is getting that explicit, adamant "before 9/30" statement, and another that's getting "we'll let you know when we know/4-6wks."

So, it sounds like you aren't part of the group of people that received a text early in the process saying that you'd get your phone between 9/22 and 9/30. Those are the people that they are adamantly telling that they'll get their phones by 9/30. I was part of that group, so for me, they did at least stick to that promise.

I think it WAS effective until maybe yesterday. Now they are giving scripted standard answers. They will basically repeat what you see on your order page.

Pretty effective. The first thing my ERT did was comp me a monthly bill. Since then , she's been looking into my case (I apparently have an error that she hasn't seen before). But it hasn't helped me getting my hands on the phone though.

Yup, all channels (ERT, CS, @tmobilehelp) are now just pretty much in "we'll let you know when it ships, could be up to 4-6wks mode, and flat out won't address the fact that (a) my cc was charged and (b) there's a UPS label that's not moving. That's not okay, especially the cc charge part.
 
Hmm..just got a text saying sent with tracking..but the tracking says delivery today by 3pm. Is that possible? Not jumping on the couch just yet!!
