I know, so the exec team is working with anyone who placed an order? Doesn't even have to be a preorder? Anyone who placed an order after launch and got a 1-8 wk wait time gets a credit and assurance that their phone is coming asap? This is not directed at anyone in particular, but my understanding was that people who wanted it badly enough that they pre-ordered the phone, particularly right away, should get a phone before anyone else. I know everyone is anxious to get their orders, and I would be too regardless of when I ordered, but some people had been waiting a full week before launch to get a phone a week ago.

Nope. They are contacting me every 72 hours with updates (starting tomorrow) but they did not offer me any type of credit, which I did not want or ask for one anyways, them giving me a credit won't make my phone magically appear lol. They are giving standard answers and not making any promises.

Haha. I think so. And I kept getting scripted answers. And they asked me if I had any questions. So I asked if I would have an early termination fee to pay if I went to another carrier and they said what can they do to get me to stay. And I said get me my phone. They said they're gonna do the best they can to get it to me........ YEA RIGHT.

OMG if I haven't been thinking the same thing. People that ordered this week are all upset, contacting the CEO, and demanding credits when there are still people who pre-ordered that haven't heard anything at all regarding their orders. This whole thing has just spiraled all out of control!

TMobile has this locked tight. They won't even let me cancel my order! LMAO
What archaic order processing system are they running, where they can't cancel an order that hasn't been paid for or shipped?
 
I had to stop by my local Tmo store yesterday and change out my sim card. (That's another story.) There was a guy in there picking up a loaner phone. He was waiting on his iPhone delivery and his current phone crapped out on him. Didn't know they had loaner phones.

Also, asked the clerk how many phones they had on launch day. She said, none, no stores had any. She wasn't all that friendly, so I just said 'hmm, interesting.'

I called and spoke to csr last night. Huge mistake. They gave me the "could be tomorrow, could be 6 weeks" non-answer. I ended the call much more upset than I was when I started it. This is what I preordered for?

6+ silver 16g jump in-store 9/15, 22-30 text on the 17th. Nothing since, no tracking on ups, no charges.

I ordered launch day on the 19th. My order has been stuck "Processing" and there have been zero updates (I don't get the info boxes underneath saying it's back ordered, or anything). I simply get an error message saying the system can't process my request. Every single time. So that's the reason I contacted ERT, since I'd heard so many stories here of the screw ups and orders not actually going through, which is what I fear has happened to me even though I ordered in the store.
 
Has anyone ordered a gold 16gb + and was charged yesterday and received tracking information? I was charged yesterday with no tracking and the reference tracking does not appear. Also do any of you guys know if the upgraded shipping will deliver saturday?

I received my UPS Tracking # from Robolady last night, started working this morning, will be delivered this afternoon.

I only joined t-mobile on the 19th, ported over my number from AT&T. Suddenly, $91 showed up online on a bill when I'd only had service for 5 days. So when I mentioned that and the weird things showing up on my online account, she offered to take off the $91 immediately. I didn't ask for it.
 
i think if you ask for credit they will you the minimum, like $25
but if your order got messed up, they could potentially pay/credit your monthly bill

Don't ask for credit... That makes you look greedy. This is not all t-mobile's fault. When people start asking for credit from companies that's how nice things come to an end, because companies become greedy as well. If they offere it to you then that's awesome. I didn't ask for one nor did they offered me one, and frankly I don't need it either... That won't make my phone come any faster.
 
My label was created yesterday 9/25. UPS my choice shows delivery today but tracking only shows that a label has been created. Think I'll get it today?

Correction, Apple has it locked tight. The issue isn't whether or not they can wipe your order out of their system. The real issue is that the order has already been sent to Apple's system for processing.
