Yup, all channels (ERT, CS, @tmobilehelp) are now just pretty much in "we'll let you know when it ships, could be up to 4-6wks mode, and flat out won't address the fact that (a) my cc was charged and (b) there's a UPS label that's not moving. That's not okay, especially the cc charge part.
My label was created yesterday 9/25. UPS my choice shows delivery today but tracking only shows that a label has been created. Think I'll get it today?

I don't understand why people who ordered after the preorder weekend (12-14) are demanding their phones already. If you ordered a Six Plus AFTER the 14th, you're in for a very long wait.

I think this is what's causing a lot of the frustration and anger. What is apparent to us (the facts we try our best to piece together) is not being acknowledged by t-mobile. So they're either ignorant/bumbling, or worse.
Orders have been shipped out-of-order, period.
JUMP customers weren't consistently prioritized.
They're NOT only charging upon shipping.
I could go on and on and on...
