Yup, all channels (ERT, CS, @tmobilehelp) are now just pretty much in "we'll let you know when it ships, could be up to 4-6wks mode, and flat out won't address the fact that (a) my cc was charged and (b) there's a UPS label that's not moving. That's not okay, especially the cc charge part.

that shows just how much tmo screwed all this up. they can't even give a straight answer anymore. least you got charged and a label a step in the right direction. i got nothin still lol
 
9/12 preordered 16g 6+ Silver (in store, Jump!)
9/13 backordered
9/16 sept 22-30 text
9/25 pending charge in the afternoon, charged at 11:00 pm
9/26 midnight tracking number
9/26 delivered at 11:00 am

Ok I have a label finally that was created yesterday night, and that says delivery today by 3pm. Its for the 1lb so definitely phone. Just no tracking on it.

Tmo and Robolady both say backordered still, but pretty sure they're useless. Certainly looks like if they charge you 24hrs later you get at least that label, I'll update later if I actually get the phone by today.

No, that means your phone is packed and ready for UPS pickup. You'll probably get it tomorrow or monday.

I'm not even sure it's a step in the right direction anymore. It seemed like charge+24hr=ship, but no longer. Now they're just holding onto my $925 and I'm still stuck at 4-6w, how is that even halfway reasonable?
 
I don't understand why people who ordered after the preorder weekend (12-14) are demanding their phones already. If you ordered a Six Plus AFTER the 14th, you're in for a very long wait.

I don't think you're at 4-6 weeks. I'm sure you'll get your shipment notification soon - probably over this weekend :) You got charged and your order is showing a label - that's much further than a lot of people. The phone has only been out a week!

200% agree. If you want something early, you don't wait 2 days after the pre-orders go live to order one

Yeah, plus even if it means 4-6 weeks they're talking about 4-6 weeks from your order date!
 
anyone that ordered the router, did you have any issues?
i went to a store during my lunch break, they were asking to what line i wanted to connect the router to..

im going back to finish the transaction later on today

I'm in the same boat as you - shipping label created but no movement. Maybe they're holding off on socal deliveries until this weekend? My buddy has a six plus coming from TMo too - i'll ask him for his order details.

it sure as hell isn't they should compensate you more than just a months bill. fight for free stuff.

I think this is what's causing a lot of the frustration and anger. What is apparent to us (the facts we try our best to piece together) is not being acknowledged by t-mobile. So they're either ignorant/bumbling, or worse.

Orders have been shipped out-of-order, period.
JUMP customers weren't consistently prioritized.
They're NOT only charging upon shipping.

I could go on and on and on...

This. I'm still lost how I used jump and ordered in the 12th yet some people who ordered a few days after or a week later are getting their phones.
