I feel the same way now after reading this. I pretty much panicked though when I saw the 9/20 date for delivery disappeared from the site. I just got off the phone with a rep and she stated if your order says "Backordered" then it's because they are waiting for the 19th, and it'll switch to shipping. Those who ordered on the 12th will get it on the 19th or 20th definitely if you did "expedited shipping/overnight shipping 24.99." If you are on the EIP plan, then you will not get the amount charged until it is "shipped."



So please check your bank transactions to follow-up when you know they're being shipped. If T-Mobile charged your account $0.00 or $1.00, then it's only to make sure that your bank account is valid, and to prevent fraud.


My only complaint I have with tmo is them being cheap and making customers pay for shipping. Everything I had shipped from Verizon was always free next day air delivery. I chose UPS ground, not only because it was the cheapest option or because I ordered two iPhones, but it showed estimated delivery of 9/19. I pre ordered as soon as JUMP! was available online on the 12th.
 
sort of... any time i try to check my order status, i get an error saying that their system is unavailable and to try back later. however, i spoke with a rep who confirmed my order is still there.

i also tweeted @tmobile and they replied that all preorders will show as backordered until launch day when their inventory arrives. then everyone should be updated by email.

See though? Thats inconsistant with what we thought we learned yesterday, that TMO would not only be getting their inventory, but shipping phones out on Thursday. Now they are back to saying that they wont even get the phones until Friday?

What a god-forsaken mess....
 
I ordered Friday the 12th and if I don't get my phone on the 19th or 20th (paid for overnight shipping) I'm going to rather upset

Yeah, me too, because I ordered on the 12th, but if I do get it the 20th or 22nd it's fine. Any later and I'll want a bill credit

forgot to mention the tmobile customer service rep gave me the same info... orders will give out the status of backordered until the phone is actually released. so that was 2/2 on consistent information (for once). Although most placese ship a day early so products are received on release day. I would hope they at least ship on 9/19 and not receive inventory on 9/19... because at the rate they're going, it will take them another day to get their ***** together and phone's wont ship until 9/20 at the earliest.
 
I guess tmobile has a pallet full of iPhones and they are expected to get more today and tomorrow. And they have about 18,000 on the pallet as well.

Same here. Signed my documents the night before about 8pm because their systems were down all day and the manager at the store couldn't process them until closing apparently. Then fter signing my confirmations never came through until the next morning on the 13th saying they processed on the 13th in the morning.

yeah, what's that about? i know that the orders don't "process" until you sign the EIP that's emailed to you (if you financed the phone). could that be your case? ordered friday, but didnt sign the EIP until saturday?

Me either, especially after the Jump priority thing.

I always thought that when you preordered the iPhones that it didn't matter which shipping method you picked it still came on launch day. Maybe im wrong but I seem to remember it being that way.

I really hope this is right, I thought it was like this but I'm not sure based on what TMo told me. I thought it was always timed so that when you pre order you get it on launch day.

Nope. I tried, they said I would have to cancel and reorder.

Yeah. Employees in store forgot to tell me I had to check my email to sign the EIP (I'm new to t mobile)

Is this unique to new customers? Part of the JUMP! process was digitally signing the EIP agreement; you couldn't even order without doing it.

New customer here as well. I did everything online, and I signed the EIP as soon as I got it. But we are more in the dark than current TMO customers are (how that's even possible, idk). I honestly have no expectation of receiving my phone until the 26th at least after all of this.

Its a mess. We're switching from ATT and we need to maximize our trade in phones in order to pay off the stupid final bill we are going to get from ATT, so if I don't get the phones soon enough I'm going to have to come up with a plan B for how to pay ATT off (sell on Craigslist? Idk. Was trying to avoid that.)

yeah i had one too and it disappeared last night. repeappered and disappeared this morning.
 
My 9/12 non-jump 6+ order's estimated shipping date just disappeared too. I don't have any other time stamps under order history other than: "Pending Shipping 09/12/2014 at 10:45:31 AM"

Most people's shipping date has dissapeared. I don't think we have anything to worry about their probably just tired of us calling and asking on our shipping date info.
 
So as of today, my order no longer has a delivered by date. I called T-Mobile and no one seems to be able to pull up my order which begins with a letter. They keep telling me it's not the correct order number.

However my EIP and confirmation documents I got via email after pre-ordering show exactly that. And when I log into my.t-mobile.com, the alert box to the top right of the screen (or bottom if you're on the mobile website) says:

"Order in progress | Your device order#: S********* is being processed."

What am I missing here? Why are they not able to pull up my order suddenly?

I'm Jump!. I pre-ordered Friday afternoon around 5 EST.
 
Just think.. I'm sure anyone here if you get screwed on your phone or phones after customer care assured you not to worry. Complain enough and get credits on your account. I'm buying 2 iPhone 6's same size but different colors and one shows their charging me .48 more then the other. I know it's not much but I called and complained. They will credit my account. Next I'm going to get my shipping charges removed. Especially if I don't get my phones before Tuesday the following week.
