So as of today, my order no longer has a delivered by date. I called T-Mobile and no one seems to be able to pull up my order which begins with a letter. They keep telling me it's not the correct order number.

However my EIP and confirmation documents I got via email after pre-ordering show exactly that. And when I log into my.t-mobile.com, the alert box to the top right of the screen (or bottom if you're on the mobile website) says:

"Order in progress | Your device order#: S********* is being processed."

What am I missing here? Why are they not able to pull up my order suddenly?

I'm Jump!. I pre-ordered Friday afternoon around 5 EST.

Were both on the same boat im in the exact situation.

Just think.. I'm sure anyone here if you get screwed on your phone or phones after customer care assured you not to worry. Complain enough and get credits on your account. I'm buying 2 iPhone 6's same size but different colors and one shows their charging me .48 more then the other. I know it's not much but I called and complained. They will credit my account. Next I'm going to get my shipping charges removed. Especially if I don't get my phones before Tuesday the following week.

Mother of God.

I understand the $0.48, to an extent, but why are you trying to get legitimate shipping charges removed?

Not sure how much this will effect tmo customers but my brother placed an order on at&t at 3:30am on 9/12 (iphone 6 plus) and just got an update shipping status of 10/13-10/22...

Same man I had a delivery date earlier yesterday woke up and it was gone, maybe they started sending to shipper getting the dates correct. Just a thought, nothing solid though.

If I purchase a phone and they tell me to expect it within the first shipments of iPhone I expect to see them. Also anyone confused about the free shipping. T-Mobile is supposed to offer free shipping on devices on orders placed online. Since I initially was told I can't place my order online I have to do it from a store they should have no problem waiving my shipping charges. Besides I only ordered regular shipping. I'm not that desperate to pay $25 a phone for shipping just to get my phone a day earlier.

A rep at T-mobile just told me breaking news!

If you spot a unicorn tonight, between 12:00AM and 1:00AM, and the unicorn aligns itself precisely with the northern star and with the tail pointing west you'll get your iPhone on Friday!

This is about as believable as anything else the T-mobile reps have been telling people. It's clear no one knows **** and we just need to wait and see what happens.

seems like only one person on this whole thread can reverse look up their order using UPS. I tried using both xxx-xxx-xxxx and just the number xxxxxxxxxx but nothing shows up.

This would not effect t-mobile customers.. AT&T has their own stock. . T-Mobile has theirs. Shipping will be different for all carriers.

yeah the online system has never offered free shipping like it's supposed to on the iPhone 6 preorders

Ok so I had a rep leave a voicemail which said:

"...I still wasn't able to pull up your order. However the update that I got is that all iPhone 6 Plus 16GB are on back-order status from Apple for 6-8 weeks..."

How is this possible if Jump! people are supposedly at the front of the line in terms of T-Mobile customers? Wouldn't we get first shipment??

And I'm still baffled that with as many calls they have coming in, no one knows where anyone should be directed. You need to go to Retail Order department. You need to go to Customer Care. You need to go to Shipping & Orders. You need to go to Billing. Who handles what around there and why is it so difficult to get a 100% straight answer?

And what's more, how is it that they've NEVER seen an order number starting with a letter? I mean apparently it came from your system. How do you not know what it is, nor how to track it? I find that extremely disturbing that no one knows anything.

That's brutal, 30 mins into it (if its east coast time) and already backordered that long for 6+. That was honestly my main reason for not getting the 6+, I just flat out didn't want to have to wait for it that long, lol.

If you had a regular 6 I could understand this but for the 6+ I don't think any "jumping" to the front of the line did much for really anybody. That bad boy was gone before it even began.

If you ordered the 5-7 day ground shipping, then that makes sense since that was free for online orders.

Their were so many reports about the 6 + months before the apple event saying it would take a few months for them to even ship because of manufacturing issues. That & they didn't expect the 6 + to be a hot item, so they were only gonna make a small amount.

That persons order was not for his iPhone, but another delivery.
