T-Mobile: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread:

is there anyone that's actually gotten an email or confirmation that ordered over the phone last night?

Yea, even this morning the ad on the main t-mobile website was the customer service number, which is why I called that. Then after being told to go to the store by the customer service I notice that the add on the iphone 6s page was the 844 number and it worked!
 
Got my confirmation from apple for 9/25 and also got my confirmation from Tmobile but they didnt have a delivery date, I ordered from Tmobile first, but with the games they are probably gonna play with jump and JOD which I dont have I`m probably gonna cancel that order.
 
Just chatted with T-Mobile and they said that because I didn't receive an order number, that my order was unsuccessful... I'm back on the phone with them on hold.

The lease agreement reflects the full cost. Where you get the discount is via a monthly bill credit. So you'll see a charge of $28.34 on each month bill, but then you'll see a credit on the bill to get you to the promo pricing.
 
I'm worried that because I didn't get my email my order didn't go through successfully, even though CS just said it did.

I just talked with them again. Rep said that no one at T Mobile will be able to "see" the order for 24 hours and just to be patient. Should get an email confirmation within 72 hours.

I asked about the free memory upgrades some members.are reporting. He said that is absolutely not true; there are no free memory upgrades.

I wouldn't worry. It sounds like most people here are in the same boat, only a handful got an email right away.
 
OK, finally got my order through on the phone. Does anyone else have an order number that begins with an S, as in : S00XXXXXXX
 
Just got my EIP for my JOD order that I placed over the phone. Called right at 3:01EDT and got straight through. I ordered one for my wife on the same call and I didn't get her EIP yet. Mine is a 64gb 6s Plus Rose Gold. Hers is 64GB 6s Plus SG.
 
I chatted again, and she said I have a handset order number of 00124xx. I feel a little bit better.
 
So apparently if you had a 00 order number, that was a backup system and my order wasn't actually submitted.
 
As always, there's a lot of confusion going on with the preorder process. Some are getting confirmation numbers with no payment info given and awaiting a callback, and some are doing full-on preorders with actual credit cards, etc.

In future posts or if you can edit your old posts, can you include the following information:
  • are you a current T-Mobile customer?
  • what financing option were you in when you called?
    • none
    • EIP
    • JUMP v1
    • JUMP v2
    • JUMP! on Demand [JOD]
  • where did you perform the preorder?
    • online or app: (T-Mobile or Apple)
    • in store: (T-Mobile store or Apple Retail store)
    • phone: (T-Mobile or Apple)
This will help everyone get better expectations on what will be happening to their preorders. Thanks.

My rep told me this too. She said it will be dependent on when Apple gives them inventory. I'm assuming they're going to be sending them out as soon as they get them.
 
I'm currently a T-Mobile customer (as of yesterday).
I was in no financing options, I brought my own phone.
I called at 3:00AM and it took an hour to go through.
I got an order number of 00124xxx.
 
I signed my EIP and got a confirmation email but no shipping information. Does T-Mobile do that? Should I expect an email from apple regarding shipping estimates, or some such? How do I figure out my shipping times?
 
Just got a S0 order number, after being told that last night order systems were down, anyone that received a 00 order number was placed on a backup system where orders were being keyed in however lots of orders didn't save. Which is why lots of EIP agreements weren't sent out. She placed my order and I immediately received my EIP lease agreement and signed it and my order was confirmed. Please be weary guys.
 
don't stress. the girl told me to give it until Tuesday for the email. she confirmed all is well.

Existing JOD customer here. Ordered 6s Plus, 16GB, Silver.

I got an S0 order number after calling on phone around 8 a.m. Pacific. Got the EIP right away, signed it.

Now I wait...
