Yup...No email. Every rep i have spoken to says 24 hours and to wait for an order number
I went to the store, only one there to order. Order 6s Space Gray 64gb. Got my EIP email immediately and confirmed...
They said they charge the $99 down payment again, but will refund me since I just paid it on the 6 2 weeks ago.
I'm hoping I get my phone early!!! I'm going out of town on the 25th and don't want to wait until I get back.

Man I've gotten like 4 different answers. Latest answer is "you can't do JoD online." Then, after he actually looked at my freakin' account he said "oh you e talked to Solutions. That's high level customer service. I guess because you've called a lot (uh yeah 'cause y'all keep giving me different answers!). But your order is fine. It says here your order is in, just wait for the email within the next 24 hours after your order."

You may have put yourself in the back of the line. The rep I spoke to said initially they were using the backup system but that does not mean the orders did not go through.
She said people who are receiving the S order numbers are new orders that were placed within the last couple of hours when they switched to their normal ordering system.
She also said the orders go out in order of the time they were placed and not by when you receive your EIP email.
I believe you. There's misinformation coming from everywhere. I don't believe an S order number is any better than a 00 number though.
I have a 22 order number so I don't think they mean anything this time around. Especially if someone ordering now is still getting 00 and others are getting SX.

Everyone RELAX. These are phones, folks. It's literally been TEN hours max since any of you ordered. Give it awhile for the system to work the kinks out. This happens literally every iPhone launch at TMO. And guess what? Every year I've received my phone on the release date or a day or two later.

every year we see at least one or two in icings happen 2-3 days early. I was given the 19th as an estimated date for delivery. Shipping on the 17th with one day delivery time. Who knows? I'm honestly happy just getting it on the 25th.
JOD shouldn't have the full sales tax amount added to the down payment like EIP does. It's a lease--the tax is added into the monthly payments.
Questions here are understandable IMO. Nobody wants to have been up in the middlemofnteh night, waiting on hold to get a preorder in, only to find out it didn't work. We are ordering because we want the device asap. If it didn't matter we would just wait until plentiful stock lol.

...iPhone pre-order day is an American Holiday. It is the Olympics of the mobile tech world. And your "gold medal" performance is getting it on launch day.
Peoples main concern is getting their product when they're supposed to get it and not in October or November (in case you haven't seen the AT&T thread 0_o)
This makes sense, but I'm unsure why the monthly payments don't vary when the device is purchased in s tax free state. We bought one device in New Hampshire and another in Massachusetts and the monthly fee isnexactlynthe same.
