Just got a S0 order number, after being told that last night order systems were down, anyone that received a 00 order number was placed on a backup system where orders were being keyed in however lots of orders didn't save. Which is why lots of EIP agreements weren't sent out. She placed my order and I immediately received my EIP lease agreement and signed it and my order was confirmed. Please be weary guys.

I think the problem is that there's a lot of misinformation coming from the reps. And I get it; so many people calling, so many different situations. I've talked to two different reps now who have told me that my order (which is a 00 number) went through just fine and I'll get the email soon. Cited volume of calls/orders/etc. as a reason I don't have it yet (even though others have gotten it).

I just called.

I ordered via T-Mobile on the phone at 3:00am CDT. A 6S 64GB space gray, with the original JUMP!
She told me my order was confirmed in the system and I have the same order number as was texted to me this morning (00125xxx).
She said I'll get an EIP document in the next 24hours. And that they expect to start shipping on the 17th, or at least process them. That way I should receive my device on the 25th. Guess I'll have to wait and see.

Does this apply to JOD orders as well?

My experience:

Existing customer
Woke up at 8:35am PST
Grabbed iPad at 8:40am and saw the T-Mobile email about 6s preorder
Then I realize I forgot to preorder last night
Get on website, select 6s Plus 128gb RG (wife) using EIP
Signed EIP agreement online
Expedited shipping was free
Got order number 22483xxxx
Delivery estimate said if you order a 6s today it ships 9/25, but there was no estimate for any of the 6s plus models (it just said limited availability, no estimate available)
Received text message at 8:52am with order number and telling me I will get a tracking number when it ships

Hey folks. Just leaving the TMobile store. I arrived around 10:15 eastern, and it took about 20 mins or so for them to get to me. The sales rep was very friendly and helpful but every time she tired to finish the order she kept getting an error in shipping method or something like that.

I am a jump on demand customer going from a 6+ to a 6s+ 64 gb.

She ended up having to call retail support and after a very long hold time got through to someone who gave her a "confirmation number."

It looks like this 140XXXXX

They said I should expect the EIP email soon, have not yet received it. I am skeptical that this is going to work due to all the time and back and forth but we shall see.

I just got my email to confirm my order and sign my EIP for my JOD...:) Order time *it says* is 12:17pm Eastern. I know I ordered at 3:05am E **so I am assuming that first time is just because they just put the order through completely* I DO have my full Confirmation number now. S0060xxxxx

Not sure as I'm an Original Jump! program person. Not familiar with the JOD thing, but every time I ask Reps about it they say DO NOT DO IT! Apparently my Jump! Is the best one to have or something.

I decided that since I upgrade annually, there's no reason for me to pay the extra $10 a month for JUMPv1, so I shut it down and went on JUMP on Demand, especially since the $15/19 month incentive was too good to pass up.

I'm waiting for a callback from T-Mobile to see whether or not these "confirmation numbers" are going to actually do something for a JOD customer like myself, or if I really need to place a preorder now.

    • JUMP! on Demand [JOD]
  • Where did you perform the preorder?
    • On the phone with T-Mobile
    • Let them know they are doing a great job
  • 12:01am PT - 9/12 - Original Call to Order, On Hold from 11:50pmPT - 9/11
    • Two iPhone 6s 64GB Silver Ordered
    • One iPhone 6s 64GB Rose Gold Ordered
    • One iPhone 6S Plus 128GB Silver Ordered
    • Rep said EIP should be coming
    • Rep said phone will deliver after 9/20 but by 9/25
    • Confirmation email in 4-6 Hours
  • 9:15am PT - 9/12 - Follow Up Call to Verify Order Placed

    • Order Number: S00605xxxx

So I already have a 128 GB 6+ w/ JUMP!

Does it makes sense that I'm being asked to pay a $200 down payment for a 128 GB 6S+?

You mean to tell me I could have gotten the 128 for same price? That explains why my 64gb I was quoted $16.xx. I thought it was an error on this part and didnt say anything. I had him confirm the device to make sure he entered what I wanted.
I was amazed too. If t wasn't for this forum (and I suppose Howard forums) I wouldn't have known!

Yes, it makes sense. Only the lowest model is $0 down. And then the rest are $99 more for each additional high GB model. However apparently if you have Jump! on Demand, you don't have to pay anything but taxes regardless what model you choose and you just have a higher monthly payment.

I ordered around 3:15 est
he took my credit card number for the tax and down payment on the 128 gig 6S and tax on 16 gb 6S
gave me an EIGHT digit order number
said I will get EIP within 24 hours
I told him I received my EIP immediately during last years pre order but went along with it anyway

Calling back now because this guy was a moron. EIP's should be instant. im raising hell.

Yes and no. I would mention the program. I really have no idea if you technically qualify for the "memory upgrade" since it's not really an upgrade. I would imagine that they SHOUKD be able to take care of you.

This is frustrating with all the different information from different reps. My order number starts with 00 and is 8 digits long. I guess I should call. Still haven't gotten my EIP email. Just wished the email would come through so I could relax.

JOD
128GB iPhone 6S Plus Gold
Ordered at 3:30am EST
Ordered on the phone

Since I have an "00..." confirmation, I called and they said they had never heard of this and that my order was confirmed with JOD. Expect the EIP by Tuesday.

Sounds like not everyone has the same message at TMo.

That's what I have been told as well. But I'm still nervous about not receiving the email.

Just got off the phone...

i gave her my 8 digit order number, and she said in fact the order is there and to keep waiting on the EIP email within the 24 hour time frame. That gives me hope as well as the fact that my credit card number was taken for the tax and downpayment. She also said order goes by when you order, NOT when you sign the EIP in terms. so i feel a little better.
