Be careful when you guys call to check, I just had a rep tell me she was going to cancel my order, to place a new one so that I could get the S0 order number.... just saying.

9/12 1:34am PST - order placed
9/12 10:10am PST - still no EIP email.. called TMO rep and confirmed order has been placed... EIP email should be out by 48 hrs
New JoD customer - iP6s+ RG 64gb
Order # 001266xx

This is about my same situation. Except I ordered maybe an hour before you. Just left the store where they, too, told me my order (00120xxx) went through and to wait for the email.

Questions here are understandable IMO. Nobody wants to have been up in the middlemofnteh night, waiting on hold to get a preorder in, only to find out it didn't work. We are ordering because we want the device asap. If it didn't matter we would just wait until plentiful stock lol.

Exactly. Sheesh. Lol.

Same. People on here are freaking me out, but I think the reps/customers are being paranoid. They're processing probably a million orders, just let it go.

Currently on JoD iPhone promo, paying $19/mo for a 6+. Just preordered in the store, immediately got my EIP contract to sign, and it has this:

Your first monthly payment of $ 43.58 (e) is due on 10-04-2015(e) , followed by 16 payments of $ 43.58 (e) due on the 04(e) of each month, and a final payment of $ 43.31 (e) due on 03-04-2017(e) .The total of your monthly payments is $ 784.17 (e).

I thought my monthly payments were still going to be $19, anyone know why it's more than double?

little by little im starting to believe this year is going to be the same as last year

JOD

I preordered at 3am for myself and got a 00 number and the rep said she took many notes bc it will be manually entered. Still haven't received email.

I just ordered for my sister and she got a S0 order number and her email already arrived.

I noticed a HUGE error though. We signed up for JOD weeks ago when it was $15 or $19 per phone. My sisters contract is the new JOD which is $5 more expensive at $20 per 6s.

I may be making a trip to the store.

Existing Tmo Customer
Did not use EIP or Jump and did not have any existing EIP or Jump being used.
Ordered from Tmobile via Tmobile.com at 3:04am est with confirmation page and 9 digit order number, no delivery date in order just says back order
Ordered a 2nd phone from Apple store app at 3;10 am est with 9/25 delivery date
at 3:30am est I got a Thank you/confirmation email from Tmobile with the same order number
at 9:04 am I got an email from Apple saying my order with them is being processed.
When I initially ordered both phones both Apple and Tmobile put 1 dollar charges on my Card as holds.

I think I will likely cancel my Tmobile order as Apple seems like they will be more smother to deal with compared with what happened last yr. Probably not worth the headache trying to sell the extra phone.

Both phones are 128gb Space Gray 6s+

Yep - looks like you got screwed with the new JOD pricing. You still get a $12 credit which brings it to $31, but it definitely isn't $19. Look at my previous post - same thing happened to my sister and her 6 to 6s upgrade.

Pretty pissed about this. Calling customer service back.

Some of you are probably too young in T-Mo years to understand...

"There was much violence. Much bloodshed. So much blood. People feared for their lives. Their families. Their children.

And then winter came..

...only a few made it out alive to tell their tale."

- personal recount of the Jump! Upgrade / iPhone 6 & 6 Plus massacre

Been trying to make a change to the shipping address to my order but get a screen saying to try back in a few hours since 1am. Don't think it's that big of a deal but still annoying nonetheless

Yeah the 6&6plus upgrade was awful. This time was legit calling, and holding for 25mins. Ordering another 15, and signing my EIP

Got a space gray 128GB 6s preordered.

I'm not switching to jump on demand because you'll get a penalty for paying it off early. I'm the type who'll pay it off early and then flip it. That plan won't work for me...

I'll stay with my grandfathered Jump program.

It's crazy that the + models are massively backordered. I bet a lot of people will try to get it in stores instead.

Ok so I have something to say about this...

LAST YEAR during my pre-order of the 6 Plus I went in store to order. Rep put my address in mixed up. So instead of sending it to 2212, she put 2221. And because the "numbers" we're correct, but not the order...my mind tricked me into thinking that was right.

Dude...spent 3 weeks chasing the delivery of my phone.

I've had nothing but a frustrating experience so far.

Called last night at midnight exactly. Ordered two phones, both 64GB 6S+, one Rose Gold one Silver. Got two separate order confirmation numbers, the rep was very helpful and only took about 20 minutes for the whole process.

About two hours ago I received the docusign e-mail to sign the JoD agreement for the Rose Gold phone. Right after we signed it, I noticed the order said 6S and not 6S+.

I immediately called T-Mobile and have now spoken to 4 different representatives in three departments, have been hung up on twice, and placed back into the normal queue by a rep with the automated system telling me I'd have to wait another 40 minutes. Not a single person seems to know HOW to fix this order, or HOW to find out if my other order is messed up as well. One person even suggested I just keep the phone and Jump to the 6S+ on launch day, as if there is going to be any phones in stock.

I don't have time to keep fighting these reps over their incompetence. With all of this human error there NEEDS to be an online system. This would've been just fine if I could've seen which phone was being ordered for me, but we were all stuck on gambling with a rep who was being pressured to knock out as many preorders as possible.

Pre-ordered a gold 16GB 6s from Apple instead of T-Mobile, as it has insurance for just $5 more (after JOD's $20 intro month). Also getting it on day 1, rather than questioning when T-Mobile might have them.

Just to be clear, the JOD $20/month for the 16GB 6s, is not an introductory month. It's a promotion deal, that "you keep for the full length of your Jump! On Demand agreement" as long as you don't leave T-Mobile.

Source: Here.

So it looks like you're not getting the savings you might have hoped.

My first JoD agreement shows similar $37-43/month numbers, because they DON'T reflect the credit on the agreement. My first bill since JoD came in and my bill is correct, reflecting the $15/19 monthly lease.

Don't let that signed agreement confuse you. It's based on a full price lease, and does not take your smartphone trade-in into account.

I called at 12 and used my jump on two lines for two 64 gb iPhones. Lady said I was good to go and took my payment info. Still no order number or eip. I called just now and was told only one phone went through and the other has to be manually entered in since the system being down. I'm beginning to think this order is going to be screwed up.

My sister's first contract shows $27.50 monthly payments for her iPhone 6. The newest contract she just got says $33.77 per month for her 6s.

Definitely not the same Jump! On Demand promos. The one we did weeks ago was $15 for the 6/6s and $19 for the 6 Plus/6s Plus after a $12 credit.

Ok so I just got confirmation and eip for just 1 phone. Smh

just got EIP sign up!
not much information though. no confirmation, date, or pricing.
(and no mention of the $12/month rebate of JOD)
