interesting...
the EIP confirmation email I just got now turned my order number from 00118 to 00606.
hum... who had a 60x since the beginning? what's a good number?

I hope they didn't just put me at the end of the line when they did the number switch

hum... I'm really starting to fear that. the confirmation email says 10:49am I placed it on the phone at 12:06 !

Are these 001xxxxx from telesales? T-Mobile likes to use 3rd party sales companies that are nothing more than used car salespeople. I would’t be surprised if we have simply been BS by them.

My first JoD agreement shows similar $37-43/month numbers, because they DON'T reflect the credit on the agreement. My first bill since JoD came in and my bill is correct, reflecting the $15/19 monthly lease.

Don't let that signed agreement confuse you. It's based on a full price lease, and does not take your smartphone trade-in into account.
I called and the guy wasn't a whole lot of help, he said he can't bring up in store lease agreements and told me to go back to the store, but he said I'll get a bill credit of $12 for trading in a smart phone on the original JoD promo, which brings it down to $31.58. Is there another bill credit that will bring it down to $19 or close to it with the sales tax?

Does anybody know if you order two phones using jump on each line, does it place two different orders or is it placed all in the same order?

maybe the "S" numbers stand for "Store"? I went into a store. Tmo is too complicated.. AT&T is very simple and automated... but they do not have (probably complicating) TMO features like favoring existing customers when queueing.

I'm still patiently (trying) waiting for my email. Order number is 00216xxx. Ordered and hung up at 1:10AM PSD.

doing a chat with tmo.. asked if i did my order online, said no.. he said give me a few minutes while i review your account.. already don't like the sound of it

I've been looking at when people ordered and when the email comes through ... Looks like some are getting them in about 12-14 hours after order now. If some of these are being put in manually, they are probably working through the backlog.

they cannot find my order !

guess I'm getting a noob rep.. all along he didnt know it was for a pre-order, when that was the first thing i typed!

he was able to see the the pre-order but still no order number. " EIP emails and text are delayed by 24-48 hours"

UGH!

they cannot find my order !:mad::mad:
I think I'm about to be at that point also. She just put me on hold.. Yep they couldn't find my order. They only put a memo on my account that I wanted the phone....... What the hell man.

I called at 3:07am (Eastern), took about 40 minutes to finish call, which isn't too bad.

I am already a T-mobile customer, and had brought my own phone when I opened my account so I am not a current jump or eip customer. Got a rep who seemed like she had consumed 3 too many energy drinks, but she was friendly but seemed very rushed. I ordered the 6s Gold 64gb. Had to ask her to review my order more than once as she kept saying "16GB" and apologizing, saying she meant 64gb and that she definitely ordered the 64gb... sigh. So, I gave cc# for shipping cost and the 74.99 initial payment that will be charged when it ships. I'm supposed to get the Jump on Demand plan for this. Sounds all good, right?

She said I would receive an email within the hour confirming the order - she could not give me an order number on the phone. (Why? I don't know...) So I said ok, hung up and went to sleep. Now it's after 2pm eastern and I still have no emails at all. She also said I would receive a text message confirming the order. Haven't received that either. :-( Now I have doubts about the whole thing! I have no order number so can't even look it up on the Tmo site. When I log into my account and look at order status, it isn't listed but says it can take up to 48 hours for orders to show. Is anyone else experiencing such a wait for your order confirmation email? Anyone else *not* given an order number when ordering by phone?

I called again a few minutes ago and asked to be called back (supposedly won't lose my place in queue). We'll see if they call....

I was in the same boat. She couldn't give me the order # when I pre-ordered. But I was able to get it earlier today. The order status T-Mobile page isn't going to be working for anyone until tomorrow. I still don't have my email. You'll be okay.

I think slot of these problems are due to some kinda outage they had and they are manually entering orders in which are taking longer than most. I'm still missing a phone because of this but they say it will get done.

Just call again, like I stated earlier, my rep only put notes in my account that I wanted the phone, didn't actually place an order for one.

guess i have to keep waiting.. no order number yet but they do see my pre-order request.
this time around i am documenting everything!

Still no email and I was off the phone by 3:30am EST. Wondering if I should call.

When I ordered you don't get a order number through the phone, you get some sort of ID #, not sure what it is cause I couldent hear her. But after I hung up I got the EIP 5 mins after. Signed it and went to bed. Got an email an hour after I went to bed at 3 with my order number.
