I made another order and got my EIP immediately. I have 48hours to sign it.

If my "manual order" doesn't come through to me in 48 hours I'm just going to electronically sign this one and let the other one expire.

How did you do that? My phone now shows not jump eligible online because I have no EIP. Only I do, because I'm a current Jump customer. Lol. This is bananas. Lol.

Now that is a great idea! Hmmmm, maybe I will do this too!

Edited to say I was not already a jump or eip customer before I placed my pre-order this morning.

Finally got my EIPs and I think they're both wrong.. I gave them my CCs but it doesnt mention my $99 payments anywhere. I'm so confused.

what!!?? i swear if this becomes a big fiasco like last year, i am jumping ship and going to Verizon or AT&T

Its only a fiasco for those who don't understand the difference between Jump! and Jump on demand. If you can't figure it out then yes switch to Verizon please.

Check the fine print. Your monthly charges likely increased by $5.50 per month ("free upgrade to 64GB" or "$99 upfront" = extra charge of $5.50 per month).

I didn't see any threads, for T-Mo. So I decided to create one. (If I missed another thread, admins plz delete this one)

I'm planing to get the 6S+ in SG 128GB, hopefully I will stay awake til 3am EST.
Remember guys that Pre-Orders will be available online AFTER 6am EST, so if you are planing to get it at 3am EST the only way is to call in.

Are you going to pre-order? From Jump! 1/2 or switching to Jump on Demand!? What color and size?

I just grabbed a Phone 6s - Silver - 16GB. Didn't use Jump! or anything, just bought it from T-Mobile's website. Going to sell my old iPhone 5s 16GB Silver when this one comes in. My order is still "being processed", I ordered from T-Mobile's website about an hour ago or so. Should be a nice upgrade from that device.

The bad news is I don't think 16gb is going to cut it unless you don't take any pictures. That said if you use iCloud Photos you can probably get by.

I just got told that they ordered the wrong device for me....

Happened to me too; just discovered it when I opened my EIP contract to sign, and they ordered the Plus model for me, when I wanted the regular 6S. Never used the word "plus" at all in the conversation at 3:45am this morning. You can't count on anybody these days, effin' boneheads...

So now, I'm told, I have to just not sign the EIP I was sent (I haven't ), and call back tomorrow to reorder. Nothing they can do today. It has to expire in their system since I won't sign the EIP.

They better still be able to get me one on the 25th. I didn't stay up until 4am for ***** and giggles.

Sigh. Well, I placed an order right at the start of pre-orders last night. Actually, it took 31 mins on the phone with the T-Mobile rep for reasons unknown to me. I just got my agreement via email (almost 14 hours later) and there is only one phone on there when there should be two, and worse yet, they are charging me $12.80 more per month then what was advertised and agreed to when I ordered last night. What kind of under-handed sneakiness is this? I thought T-Mobile was supposed to be different then this.

Also, it shows that my order was placed at 10:37 PDT when in fact it was finalized 10 hours earlier then that. So does that mean I'm going to have 10 hours of orders ahead of me when after I stayed up all night to make this happen?

Time to pick up the phone and give them a call...

T-Mobile sends a separate email and EIP per phone.

If you purchased a 64GB or 128GB phone, your monthly charges will increase because T-Mobile is splitting the extra cost ($99 for the 64GB or $199 for the 128GB, plus taxes) over the 18 month period.

With orders this weekend, the extra $99 (64GB) or $199 (128GB) plus tax is split over the 18 month lease period. After this weekend, the $99 or $199 must be paid upfront.

Last night when I placed my order in the VERY early orders. Right in the first 30 min of the start up. She said all models/sizes/colours show as back ordered because they don't have any phones physically there to assign to you technically. to not to panic. So no idea who "really" is back ordered yet from the first batches.

Maybe this will be of benefit to you or someone else reading this. http://explore.t-mobile.com/shipping-dates

Not in my case because I paid more up front ($99 for 64gb and $199 for 128gb) that makes up the difference so the monthly payment is actually the same. YMMV.

Is that what your EIP shows? Perhaps different reps enter orders differently.

In before everyone with a 6S+ starts posting freaking out about no shipping date and calling to harass the T-Mobile reps...
I ordered a 6s+ (realizing it could take longer than release day) and the rep told me I could expect it to ship on 9/25. Who knows. If it does, great. If it doesn't, it will when it will.

I made this mistake myself last year stayed up half the night ordered the wrong phone and didn't realize till the next day. Scrambled to get the correct phone ordered. I think I ended up getting it two days after launch.

I didn't order the wrong phone, they jacked that up all by themselves. In any event, that website tmobile put up that shows the shipping dates as of today still has all the 6S regulars for 9/25. It better stay that way. This is unacceptable and i'm beyond livid—mostly because I'm sleep deprived, but still. You can't count on any form of customer service to do the job right these days.

Same here. It probably will since that chart is likely based on current numbers.

"Hello, I'd like to order a new iPhone 6s. Plus, I like unicorns. Just thought I'd mention that."

Perhaps reps enter orders differently. I was told that I was paying $99 upfront. But that's not what my EIP shows. Even though I was told I was paying $99 upfront, I ended up paying $0 upfront with a higher monthly rate.

Yeah that makes sense if you pay 0 (zero) up front then your payment is going to be a little more. If my calculator is right it should be about $4 more a month. They didn't give me that option at the store.

Well, got my EIP and it's apparently a standard iPhone 6 Plus that was ordered for me...

Unfortunately, that is not the case with the contract they sent me. For the 6s 64 GB, the contract they sent me is for a $99 payment up-front, plus sales tax for the device, then 18 payments of $28 a month, followed by another $182 when all is said and done if I want to make the phone my own. Not counting the taxes, that brings the cost of the phone to $785 plus tax. John Legere said that introductory pricing for those that order right away would be $99 down and then 18 payments of $19 a month. And furthermore, when I ordered last night, the representative said I was getting the 6s for $99 down and then only $15 a month. I told her that I thought it was $19 a month, and she said nope, it's only $15 a month. And now when they send me the contract, it says $28 a month. This is just plain wrong.

Thank you for mentioning that they send a separate contract for the second phone. I'm surprised it hasn't come in yet. You would have thought they would have been processed around the same time.

I called Customer Service to try and straighten this out, but the current wait time is between 75 and 84 minutes. Thankfully, they gave me the option to have them call me back.

I'm not sure why this is so hard. These forms should be easy to mass-produce and the price should be accurate.

I used that option earlier to have them call me since the wait was 38-45 minutes. They called me back in 45 minutes, a robocaller answered, and I was immediately put on hold. Ha!
