Sigh. Well, I placed an order right at the start of pre-orders last night. Actually, it took 31 mins on the phone with the T-Mobile rep for reasons unknown to me. I just got my agreement via email (almost 14 hours later) and there is only one phone on there when there should be two, and worse yet, they are charging me $12.80 more per month then what was advertised and agreed to when I ordered last night. What kind of under-handed sneakiness is this? I thought T-Mobile was supposed to be different then this.
Also, it shows that my order was placed at 10:37 PDT when in fact it was finalized 10 hours earlier then that. So does that mean I'm going to have 10 hours of orders ahead of me when after I stayed up all night to make this happen?
Time to pick up the phone and give them a call...
